Do you like coffee and dessert? I went to meet a friend in Cheonan and stopped by a café in Sinbu-dong with great coffee and desserts. Today I'll introduce one of the cafés in Cheonan's Sinbu-dong.

Brewers Coffee is a café in Cheonan's Sinbu-dong, and its black, modern, sleek exterior caught my eye — you could spot it from far away and just know, 'this must be the place.'

For parking, you can use Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 4 right next to Brewers Coffee. If that lot is too small and hard to park in, Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 5, within a 5-minute walk, is a convenient option.

Inside Brewers Coffee and the weekend wait for a seat

There's a waiting kiosk in front of the store — put your name in and they'll let you know when a seat opens up!

Walking into the café, there were a lot of customers. White brick walls filled with vintage frames and knick-knacks~

Both the inside and the outdoor seats were packed with people.

They even had iced tea prepared for waiting customers. Such a thoughtful owner~ love it, love it.

The coffee is great, but this place is famous as a dessert spot, so the financiers and baked goods really caught my eye. I worried a lot would be sold out since it was the weekend, but there were more varieties and desserts left than I expected!

Brewers Coffee also sells desserts as gift boxes, which seemed like it would make a nice present.

What we ordered at Brewers Coffee and what it cost

I bought an iced americano for ₩4,500, an apple earl grey financier for ₩3,500, a vanilla flan for ₩5,100, a matcha ganache canelé for ₩4,000, and an almond choco madeleine for ₩3,500. Sadly there wasn't a seat inside, so I got everything to go.

How do the apple earl grey financier, vanilla flan and matcha canelé taste?

The iced americano was rich and bitter without being too much — a slightly bitter taste that goes well with dessert.

The apple earl grey financier had a strong earl grey aroma paired with the sweetness of apple jam. Neither the earl grey aroma nor the apple jam overpowered the other — the balance between the two was great.

The matcha ganache canelé had a chewy canelé shell packed with thick matcha ganache inside.

The distinct bitterness of matcha combined with the sweetness of the ganache made for a great harmony of flavors.

The vanilla flan was dotted with vanilla bean, with a subtle vanilla aroma spreading as the soft cream melted in my mouth~

The cream was rich but not too heavy, and the sweetness wasn't overdone, so I enjoyed it a lot.

The almond choco madeleine wasn't just sweet chocolate — the nutty almond flavor added to it made it delicious!

Is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch worth a weekend visit?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch has great coffee, but with all its financiers and baked goods, it's a great spot for dessert lovers. We didn't have a seat this time so we took everything to go, but next time I want to sit down comfortably and enjoy a cup of coffee with dessert :) If you're looking for a good coffee and dessert spot in Cheonan's Sinbu-dong, it's worth a visit!
