What we ordered at Suwanjigu Form
The rolled-up menu and the cups on the table

Can you guess what that rolled-up brown thing is? It's the menu! Even the menu is designed to spark curiosity and feel upscale at Suwanjigu Form. The details set this place apart from the start.
Seasonal fig and peach salad

A dish built around stracciatella cheese, a vinaigrette dressing, and seasonal peach and fig. You can see arugula, fig, cheese, peach, and radish among the ingredients ~ the combination was excellent and the ingredients were in top condition. This fig salad at Suwanjigu Form is only available this season, and it's perfect for whetting your appetite before the main course.

Figs are in season right now and so delicious, so when I saw a fig salad on the menu I had to order it. The ingredients came together beautifully with the vinaigrette dressing. It was a great choice to build up an appetite before the main dishes. Can you tell how fresh this salad looks in the photos ~ ^^ We enjoyed it a lot. Kids have a hard time eating arugula and radish plain, right? But paired with a salad like this, mine ate it right up.

Ragu pasta: heavy and deeply savoury

This is a Suwan restaurant that puts its care into each individual dish rather than spreading itself across a huge menu. From anchovy to vongole, there's a range of pastas, but we were recommended the ragu and ordered that. It's a dish I'd recommend to anyone who wants a rich, heavy flavor rather than something light.

The dish to order: beef tartare with bread

The last dish to mention is the beef tartare, made with eye of round for a savory taste and real meaty aroma. It's wonderful eaten on its own, but pile it generously onto the bread served alongside and you get an even richer flavor — completely different from Korean-style yukhoe, for reference. The presentation alone is striking, but the taste surpasses even that. Out of everything I've eaten, this is the dish I'd recommend most.

Atmosphere at Suwanjigu Form and why to reserve
The overall tone of the space is muted, which only deepens the atmosphere, and the open kitchen lets you watch the cooking process and the serving details up close. But since the restaurant doesn't have many tables, I'd recommend booking ahead no matter what day or time you plan to visit this Suwan favorite.

Melon sorbet to finish the meal

As the meal wound down, a melon sorbet arrived to cleanse the palate — pure enjoyment from start to finish. If you're looking for a great-atmosphere restaurant in Suwan for a date or an anniversary, give Form a try.

The owner of Form told us he values one guest coming back a hundred times more than a hundred guests each coming once.

Suwanjigu Form aims to be a place that makes sure every guest's choice leaves them with a memory worth coming back for. If you're looking for a good restaurant, Western food, or pasta in Suwan, you'll find a satisfying meal here.

I left thinking I definitely want to come back again — this is a place I'd love to revisit.
