Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk — the name that instantly comes to mind for Jeju-style hangover soup!! I went with my sister to the Suwon Ingye branch. I'd been craving this spicy Jeju-style haejangguk (hangover soup) SO much~~~ It's close to the subway station too, so accessibility was great~~~!

Why was Jeju Eunhuine already full at 11:30am?
Wow.. living up to its name as an Ingye-dong, Suwon haejangguk hotspot, it was already 11:30-ish lunchtime and the place was completely full ,,, there was even a slight wait forming!!! Definitely THE hangover soup spot in Ingye-dong, Suwon..!! There are offices and Suwon City Hall nearby too, so a lot of groups come in!! Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk, a top lunch spot in Ingye-dong, Suwon, has a big dining room with plenty of tables so seating feels totally roomy! If you suddenly need to host a group dinner or eat with a big group, this place would be great.

I quickly snapped this before all the other customers arrived. In no time that whole area filled right up ,,, Wait, aren't those red dots on the map other Eunhuine Haejangguk branches, I asked my sister, and she said no way there are that many. Does anyone know~~~~~ probably not~

There's also an Eunhuine Haejangguk in Sangam-dong that I go to sometimes for lunch, and all the older guys there always order tripe soup!!! I was so curious I finally tried it this time haha. I got the regular tripe soup, my sister got the haejangguk with no blood cubes~~~(such a proper young lady;;)

Free rice refills from the self-serve warmer
Self-serve corner extras, right down to a phone charger
Eunhuine Haejangguk, an Ingye-dong, Suwon soup restaurant favorite, has a really well-stocked self-service corner!! The side items are cheongyang chili, minced garlic, and doenjang, and rice refills are free...!!! They even had scissors, tongs, a ladle, and baby-sized spoons and forks — it's a great spot to bring a baby along in Ingye-dong, Suwon! They even hand out a portable charger — such a thoughtful place in Ingye-dong, Suwon ,,,,

Such a generous Eunhuine Haejangguk in Ingye-dong, Suwon....!!♡ Getting a rice refill can feel a little awkward sometimes, but haha, having the rice sitting right there in the warmer makes it easy and nice to just grab~! The self-corner has more than just side dishes — mustard sauce, pepper, salt, cheongyang chili, and soy sauce too, so if you like it salty (me), take note.

There's seokbakji (radish kimchi) and cheongyang chili. I didn't notice the minced garlic was already there and went and grabbed more from the self-corner ㄷㄷ such a greedy girl~ That doenjang-like dipping sauce was also nutty and delicious, great for dipping the cheongyang chili haha.

Glass noodles in the haejangguk, none in the tripe soup
Even with so many customers, the food came out fast!! First up was my sister's haejangguk — turns out it has glass noodles in it!??!!?

Loaded with scallions, and I really wanted those noodles too,, but the tripe soup doesn't come with any. Still, the tripe soup was seriously delicious haha. Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch was generous with the scallions and I loved that. Comparing after trying tripe soup for the first time, I think the haejangguk is plenty delicious too ,,, guess I'll just order whichever I'm craving each time.

Tripe soup at 13,000 won: worth it for tripe lovers
The tripe soup at Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch! It definitely felt focused on the tripe itself?!?!! Yesss, if you're a tripe lover, this is a strong recommend!!!!

It's packed with bean sprouts, which feels perfect for a hangover cure in Ingye-dong, Suwon ,,,

They also give you a soy sauce dip for the meat and tripe, and I sprinkled a ton of pepper into that soy sauce, which made it taste even more my style (bold flavors haha)!!
As a go-to restaurant in Ingye-dong, absolutely recommend Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk without a doubt. And the staff all felt like they'd been working there a long time?!?!! Clearing tables so fast, always one step ahead with great instincts...haha. Ingye-dong, Suwon favorite Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk — I'll be back!!
