Bucheon bakery parking tips and custard milk bread: Easy White Bread

There are so many good bakeries around these days that as a bread-loving person, I feel like I eat bread every single day, but sometimes you just crave a really good loaf of milk bread!! I wanted something with a proper buttery flavor, and it just so happened a milk bread specialty shop had opened near Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon and was becoming one of the go-to bakeries there, so since I was already in Bucheon, I stopped by! Here's my review of trying the milk bread and cream cheese at Easy White Bread Sinjung-dong!!

Where is Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station, and where do you park?

📍Parking at Easy White Bread Sinjung-dong

Easy White Bread is near Lotte Department Store in Jungdong, close to Lotte Cinema, so it's not hard to find! But when I looked into parking, this neighborhood is pretty busy and parking is a bit tough, so I'd recommend walking there. Or use the public parking lots near Lotte Department Store or Lotte Cinema!

Right at the entrance, you can see Golden Beurre milk bread is the signature menu item! Besides that, there were plenty of varieties like walnut rye milk bread and Golden Beurre milk bread. Drip coffee is also on sale for ₩3,500!!

Inside Easy White Bread: menu, seating and choosing your slice thickness

Once inside, there were all kinds of milk bread ready to go! The store isn't huge, but there were 3 tables where you could sit and eat casually.

• Golden Beurre milk bread half: ₩6,000
• Golden Beurre milk bread whole: ₩110,000
• Olive cheese milk bread: ₩8,500
• Cream cheese: ₩1,500

You can choose your bread cut at 1.5cm, 2cm, or 2.5cm.

• 1.5cm: good for eating lightly with butter and jam
• 2cm: good for enjoying the bread's own flavor and texture
• 2.5cm: good for toast or French toast

They recommend 2cm, so I ordered mine cut at 2cm!

There were also lots of sandos, jams, and cream cheeses, and they all looked so good the moment I saw them that I added two cream cheeses too.

Isn't this basically bread heaven?

What does Golden Beurre milk bread at Easy White Bread taste like?

They say they make bread with the belief that good ingredients make good bread! Apparently they only use AOP-certified French butter and dairy cream, among other quality raw ingredients! Since I already believe that using Echiré butter means a delicious, buttery aroma, I was even more excited hahaha.

This is what the half loaf from Easy White Bread looks like, size-wise. For a two-person household, it's a good size to finish within a day or two without freezing it.

As for the texture of Easy White Bread's milk bread! It's not just fluffy bread — it has this chewy, stretchy quality, and it was soft while still keeping the bread's own bite intact!!

You could say it's a loaf built up nicely in layers..! Honestly, it's plenty delicious eaten plain.

Honey fig and blueberry cream cheese, plus the custard milk bread

But since I'm a cream cheese lover, I also got fig and blueberry cream cheese. The honey fig cream cheese combined the classic sweetness of cream cheese with the crunchy bite of fig seeds, and it paired really well with the bread!

The blueberry one was sweet and tangy too, and spread on the bread, it was absolutely perfect!!

The Easy White Bread milk bread tastes great plain, but since the bread itself is mild and nutty, it also works really well with these fruit-style jams!!! I got the custard bread too, and that one was soft and so delicious as well 🥹

I've bought bread from a lot of famous milk bread shops lately! But personally, Easy White Bread was the tastiest.

Is Easy White Bread worth it as a Sinjung-dong Station bakery?

Easy White Bread is a rising name among milk bread brands, so I was really curious! If you like a chewy bread texture and rich buttery flavor, I think this will really suit your taste.
