The brewing coffee is freshly brewed the moment you order, and you can choose between acidic beans or nutty beans — I went with nutty!

From the first sip, it was clean and nutty with no lingering heaviness, refreshing my palate — really appealing.

Tasting the chestnut crumble rice cake milk bread at home

The one I was most looking forward to, the sobolo bam chaltteok plain loaf, I took home to try!

The bread was generously packed with soft, powdery chestnuts, no holding back.

Combined with the chewy chaltteok (glutinous rice cake) and the sweet, crunchy crumble topping on the outside, it had a texture that was crisp and sweet outside, chewy and moist inside.

It wasn't just overly sweet — the bread's own nuttiness balanced nicely with the mild chestnut flavor, genuinely delicious. It was so good I kept eating and finished it before I knew it :)
