Sokcho Korean restaurant takeout: Hwangbuja Twigim fried seafood

Hwangbuja Twigim is a Korean snack restaurant in Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, where I packed sussubu-kku-mi, a red snow crab and shrimp fritter set, and sweet-spicy shrimp gangjeong. At about ₩30,000, it was enough for two at our accommodation and stayed surprisingly crisp after cooling, though I waited during a busy period.

The leg meat was fuller than expected and the crab shell and innards were neatly packed, though I wished it included a small packet of sesame oil for rice.

Korean restaurant in Sokcho for squid sundae: Hwangbuja Twigim

Hwangbuja Twigim is a Korean restaurant in Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, where I packed fried squid sundae, nurungji squid sundae, and king prawn tempura to eat at a nearby accommodation. The regular squid sundae was softer, while the nurungji version stayed crisp after the trip; the prawn tempura had a thin batter and springy shrimp.
