Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant on the fourth floor of a building directly across from Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. My friend and I shared chopped steak and two pasta dishes while looking out at the sea; ocean-side tables were nearly full around 5:30 p.m., but the location was ideal for a post-meal beach walk.
