Cheongchuni Oranda Dongmun Market Main Branch, Tapdong is a dessert shop in Jeju’s Dongmun Market making handmade oranda with Jeju specialties. After sampling, we chose four flavors—yuzu, manong, gamtae, and nuts—and loved their crisp yet tender texture, especially the sweet-salty gamtae. A great Jeju-style snack gift.
Nohyeong Supermarket is a media art exhibition near Jeju Airport in Jeju, Jeju. Adult admission was 15,000 won, while a 24-hour Jeju Tour Pass was 13,900 won at the time of the visit. Verdict: Nohyeong Supermarket’s quick-changing themes made it my favorite of four Jeju media art spots.
Just Wonder Note is an LP café in Gimnyeong, Jeju, where visitors can enjoy music, books, and notebooks. Before an activity at Gimnyeong Port, we had Hallabong ade, iced Americano, and basil tomato ade in its softly lit, comfortable space, while our child got to experience LPs up close. Verdict: A lovely place to slow down with music on eastern Jeju.
Jejju City Hall Branch is a sushi lunch box takeaway spot in Donam-dong, Jeju. After swimming at Hamdeok Beach, sharing a sushi box and a Jejju box was easy, filling, and even better with the Jeju sea in view. A satisfying beach-day takeaway meal.

Naneun Jigeum Saengseoni Meokgo Sipda Yongdam Airport Branch is a Korean restaurant near Jeju Airport in Jeju. I ordered the two-person Keunadeul Set Meal with four kinds of grilled fish and spicy soft tofu stew, and liked that the fish was not overly salty. A great stop before or after a flight, even for a late-afternoon meal.

Deureomtong Sotttukkeong Dakdoritang is a Korean restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju. We had the ₩44,000 beef tripe dakdoritang for two with ramen noodles, but the portion was so generous that we could not even finish the meat. A great pick for a hearty, spicy meal with drinks.
Gluttony Coffee is a café in Gunam-dong, Jeju, serving coffee and seasonal desserts. Near Jeju Airport, I had an Americano and a dense chocolate cake, then packed up cake, cookies, and madeleines to take away. Verdict: Gluttony Coffee is a lovely quiet stop near the airport for coffee and dessert.
Forest Jeongbang is an ocean-view café near Jeongbang Waterfall in Seogwipo, Jeju. On a clear day, I enjoyed views of Seopseom from the spacious seating, terrace, and second floor with an iced Americano and a brown cheese ice cream croffle for 10,000 won. Verdict: Forest Jeongbang is a great stop for a huge croffle and a calming sea view.
Handam Guksu Gwakji Aewol Branch is a noodle restaurant in Aewol, Jeju, directly opposite Handam Beach. I tried the 10,000-won beef-bone pork noodles and 15,000-won dombe naeng suyuk, and both the serving size and chewy chilled pork stood out. Verdict: a satisfying ocean-view lunch in Jeju.
