Sorori Sotbap Gagyeong Direct Branch is a Korean restaurant in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju, Chungbuk. Beef rib pot rice and fresh salmon buckwheat gimbap made for a filling, home-style meal, with scorched rice to enjoy at the end. The beef rib and buckwheat gimbap pairing was especially satisfying.

I paired perilla oil makguksu with suyuk, potato pancake, and seasoned pollack salad, then added dongchimi broth to the remaining noodles.
