Late-night burger takeout in Euljiro, Seoul: 3 burgers at Daily Fix

This is Naring Log ☺️ I heard that if you're in Seoul you have to check out hip-jiro (the hip side of Euljiro), so here's my review of Daily Fix, the Euljiro burger spot famous for being one of Kang Min-kyung's favorite restaurants‼️

Where is Daily Fix Euljiro, and what are the hours and parking?

Daily Fix Euljiro is located at 24 Namdaemun-ro 9-gil, 1F Units 103–104, Jung-gu, Seoul. It opens at 10 on Thursdays and at 11 Monday through Wednesday and Friday, running until 23:00, while Saturday and Sunday hours are 11:00–22:00 — so you can still get a burger late in the evening.

What is the inside of Daily Fix Euljiro like?

Walking into Daily Fix Euljiro, the vintage-yet-hip vibe made it a great place to feel that hip-jiro energy. Definitely a spot for a hip profile photo haha

At night it shifts into a retro mood that's perfect for pairing a burger with a cold beer

There's also a bar table, so you can drop in solo without any awkwardness

Even though I went close to closing time, there were still several foreign customers seated and enjoying their meals, which gave it this exotic feeling like I'd stepped into a neighborhood burger joint in New York hahaha

Daily Fix hanwoo patties and the chef behind them

Turns out Daily Fix isn't just your average burger joint!

They use only handmade patties made fresh every morning from 100% hanwoo (Korean beef), and the chefs have impressive résumés from New York's Michelin 3-star 'Per Se' and 2-star 'Momofuku Ko' 👍🏻👍🏻

Double Cheese Burger, 15,900 won

Between the nicely toasted buns sit thick, juicy double patties and cheese — the moment you bite in, the juices spread through your mouth and the savory richness of the meat is the textbook American burger 🍔😋

There are a whopping two 100% hanwoo patties in here, with cheese melting thick and gooey on top

The rich, savory cheese flavor combined with the juicy hanwoo patties made for a flavor explosion — seriously incredible 😋

Bacon Cheese Burger, 12,900 won

This was the one I was most excited for — the burger Kang Min-kyung recommended haha. On top of a thick hanwoo patty is handmade bacon that's been cured and smoked for 100 hours, and you could tell right away the bacon itself was different 🫢 The smoky aroma of the thick-cut bacon melded with the savory hanwoo patty, and the moment I took a bite I got why she recommended it. So good.

Patty Melt, 12,900 won

The Patty Melt has a thick patty tucked between golden, crispy toasted bread — crispy on the outside and moist inside with the patty and cheese, that perfect crispy-outside-tender-inside combo 😍

Does a Daily Fix burger hold up as takeout and reheated at home?

I took some home and reheated it a little later, and even after time had passed the crispy texture and flavor were still totally intact 👍🏻
