Four-floor café with elevator in Michuhol, Incheon: Tiny Dot

In short

Tiny Dot is a large roastery café that fills an entire four-story building in Hagik-dong, Michuhol, Incheon. After tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) near the Namdong Industrial Complex, the writer drove 10 minutes to Tiny Dot looking for a place to sit and talk with a friend, and found surprisingly generous dedicated parking both in front of and behind the building. The stone-mill matcha latte paired with dense Basque cheesecake is the reason to make the trip.

On the day we went for tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) at Namdong Industrial Complex, I met up with my silly best friend for the first time in a while, so we needed to catch up — which meant we needed a comfortable Incheon café with easy parking!

Since we moved by my friend's car that day, a café with parking in Incheon was essential! Lol. It was hard to find a decent café right around Namdong Industrial Complex where the tteokbokki place is, so we headed to Tiny Dot, a café in Michuhol-gu. It was about a 10-minute drive from the tteokbokki place.

Where do you park at Tiny Dot in Michuhol, Incheon?

Tiny Dot has two dedicated parking areas: one in front of the entrance and one behind the building. Located on Jusseung-ro 96beon-gil in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Tiny Dot occupies an entire 4-story building as a large roastery café, so there's plenty of room.

Right at the entrance, there's parking waiting for you!

Behind Tiny Dot, there's even more parking! We were honestly kind of thrown off by how much parking there was — a café with this many dedicated spots? I had no idea. Turns out Tiny Dot is a large roastery café that uses the entire building!

What is on each floor at Tiny Dot, and is there an elevator?

At Tiny Dot, the 1st floor is the coffee roasting room, the 2nd and 3rd floors are the café, and the 4th floor is a reservation-only space. There's an elevator in the building, so moving between floors is easy.

Wait, an elevator out of nowhere? Tiny Dot really does occupy the whole 4-story building! The 1st floor is mostly taken up by a large roasting room where they roast their own coffee, the 2nd and 3rd floors are the café, and the 4th floor is reservation-only space, so we didn't bother going up. There's an elevator in the building, which makes getting around convenient!

There are tables facing the window, which look perfect for solo coffee time. Sure enough, someone was sitting alone with their coffee on the 3rd floor. Solo tables are usually narrow to save space, but Tiny Dot's tables are wide and comfortable-

There are also more private tables further in.

Tiny Dot menu: coffee beans and the stone-mill matcha latte

Being a roastery café, Tiny Dot's menu has a wide variety of coffee bean options, plus a matcha latte made with matcha ground fresh on a stone mill. They also have desserts, so we added a slice of Basque cheesecake.

As you'd expect from a roastery café, the range of coffee beans was impressive! Coffee lovers would absolutely love this place!

But I was hooked on this stone-mill matcha latte! Welcome — this is your first time having matcha ground on a stone mill, right? Lol

They also had desserts to pair with coffee, so even though we were already full, we got one Basque cheesecake anyway!

How do Tiny Dot's stone-mill matcha latte, americano and Basque cheesecake taste?

Tiny Dot's stone-mill matcha latte wasn't too sweet, and the slight bitterness of the matcha really came through. My friend's americano was also good. The Basque cheesecake was dense and rich — perfect for splitting one slice between the two of us.

Honestly, when you eat a dessert like Basque cheesecake, pairing it with an americano is always a safe bet, but I couldn't resist the stone-mill matcha latte, so that day's lineup ended up being a bit more varied — and delicious🤎

My silly friend was curious about the stone-mill matcha latte too, but as a true coffee lover, she couldn't resist the americano! Lol. Tiny Dot's iced americano was delicious.

But personally, I love Tiny Dot's stone-mill matcha latte! Lol. It wasn't too sweet and the matcha's bitterness came through really nicely, so it paired well with the sweet Basque cheesecake without feeling heavy. I love tea in general, so I gravitate toward matcha, hojicha, and Earl Grey desserts too (in fact I'm eating a hojicha pound cake right now lol), and I prefer a stronger matcha latte style compared to most people. Starbucks' matcha latte is way too sweet for me, but I'm in love with Tiny Dot's matcha latte💚

Tiny Dot's dense Basque cheesecake was so good, and splitting one slice after our meal felt just right :) The coffee and the menu are already appealing, but with a spacious, relaxed atmosphere on top of ample parking, is there a more attractive café in Michuhol-gu than this?
