With that cool, pleasant autumn breeze blowing these days, I found a great-vibe bar that's perfect to visit with good people, and I had to share it with you. It's Bacha Jeongja, located in Jeongja-dong, Bundang. From the trendy interior to the delicious anju (drinking snacks) that hit the spot, right down to the cold beer — everything was great, so I decided right after leaving that I had to write this review. So let me lay out everything from location info to a detailed visit review!

Where is Bacha Jeongja and what are its hours?

Bacha Jeongja is located at 6 Jeongjail-ro 156beon-gil, 1F Unit 110, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and it's open daily from 17:00 to 2am the next day. It's near Jeongja Station, so it's very easy to get to. Following the map, I was greeted by a striking blue neon sign, so even first-time visitors can find it easily.

What is the atmosphere like inside Bacha Jeongja?

The moment I stepped into Bacha Jeongja, my first impression was, "Wow, this is really trendy and clean!" The overall modern look combined with mood lighting created a space that felt both cozy and hip.

The space isn't huge, but it's laid out efficiently, so it never felt cramped. I could see it working well for families, casual meetups with friends, and after-work gatherings with coworkers alike.

Outdoor terrace tables at Bacha Jeongja, perfect in autumn

Besides the indoor seating, Bacha Jeongja has about 2-3 outdoor tables set up outside. In weather like this, with that cool, pleasant autumn breeze blowing morning and evening, the outdoor terrace seats were clearly the most popular spot! Lots of people were sitting outside enjoying cold beer, and it made me want to grab an outdoor seat myself next time to fully soak in the feel of this autumn weather.

What we ordered at Bacha Jeongja: onion boneless chicken, mozzarella chili shrimp, nachos and cream draft beer

Since we came to Bacha Jeongja with kids that day, I picked out dishes carefully so the kids could enjoy them too, while still working as good beer anju for the adults. Ordering was convenient — done through a tablet.

Ice-cold cream draft beer

First up to cool us down was the cream draft beer. With the logo stamped on the glass and thick, soft foam piled high on top, just looking at it felt refreshing.

This is the "onion boneless chicken" we ordered for the kids. It seems the dish normally comes with the sauce already poured over the chicken, but our kids much prefer dipping the sauce separately, so I asked the staff to serve it on the side. The kind staff happily accommodated the request — I was really grateful!

The crispy-fried boneless chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, which worked well for the kids, and it was equally great as a beer snack for the adults.

Mozzarella chili shrimp, the best-seller at Bacha Jeongja

Next up is the "mozzarella chili shrimp," which I ordered after being won over by the visual and description on the menu.

Mozzarella chili shrimp topped generously with cheese

This dish is actually rated the best menu item at the restaurant, and one bite in, I immediately understood why.

Plump, large shrimp are topped with melted mozzarella cheese, tied together with a sweet-and-spicy sauce, and it was a showstopper visually too. (The kind of flavor combo you can't go wrong with ☺️)

Paired with the cold cream draft beer, the combination was truly the best. It had that addictive quality that keeps pulling your hand back, and the more I ate, the more I found myself thinking, "ah, just a little more" (??) — a dish that leaves a lasting impression.

Crispy nachos

We also ordered nachos, the eternal companion to beer. The crispy nachos came generously topped with a rich, savory cheese sauce, making them a great snack to pick at between sips of the cold cream draft beer.

Friendly staff and how the night at Bacha Jeongja ended

Beyond the food and the atmosphere, the staff serving us were kind, which made the whole visit feel good from start to finish.

If you're looking for a great-vibe spot near Jeongja Station with delicious anju and cold beer, I confidently recommend Bacha Jeongja. With its trendy, clean interior, kind service, and dishes that keep popping into your head afterward, it's a place for a delicious, happy time. As the fall weather rolls in, I hope you get to enjoy that relaxed feeling of a beer at the outdoor tables too!
