Brivit Gangnam is located at 31 Gangnam-daero 102-gil, 1F, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It's about a 3-minute walk from Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station and about 5 minutes from Gangnam Station, so it's easy to reach from anywhere between the two stations.

It's open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:15 p.m., with no separate break time.

Brivit, which was already loved in Seongsu, opened this second location in Gangnam, and thanks to the green-terrace concept, it feels lush and open even smack in the middle of Gangnam. The pink and ivory exterior stands out from a distance, so it wasn't hard to find even on a first visit.

Signature steak or spicy vongole pasta: which to order at Brivit

We ordered the signature steak and the spicy vongole oil pasta.

The signature steak is ₩37,900, served with an aligot cheese pour, red wine sauce, sous-vide-cooked flat iron steak, and grilled vegetables.

The vongole pasta is ₩18,900, made with a spicy and punchy signature sauce, fresh clams, pepperoncino, and garlic. It came loaded with clams, and the spicy kick kept me reaching for more noodles. Both dishes were so good that if you can't decide, I'd recommend ordering both and sharing.

The steak's flat iron cut was cooked tender, and paired with the cheese sauce it tasted even richer, while the pasta's spicy oil was infused with clam broth, making it the kind of dish where you scrape up every last bit of sauce.

It can be tough finding a good-atmosphere restaurant in Gangnam. What surprised me most, honestly, was the steak's price.

It was almost surprising that you could get a steak with this much visual appeal at this price in Gangnam.

I visited on a weekday afternoon, and sitting at a table with an outdoor view made for such a relaxed, peaceful mood that it felt like being abroad. The table next to us said the same thing, so I knew it wasn't just me.

To sum up, Brivit Gangnam delivers on taste, looks great, and has good atmosphere — a solid Sinnonhyeon/Gangnam date spot. I've been around this area often but only just discovered it, which made it feel like an even nicer find, and I'd love to come back.

I also thought this would be an atmosphere that women in particular would love. There are lots of large cafés and pretty, atmospheric cafés nearby, so grabbing a meal here and then moving on to a nearby café makes for a natural date course.
