Bucheon Korean restaurant with parking and free coffee: Gim Myeongju
In short
Gim Myeongju Tteuranchae Bapsang is a Korean restaurant in Sinjung-dong, Bucheon, serving set meals alongside post-meal coffee. I ordered the barley corvina set meal and charcoal-grilled pork, then used the first-floor parking, self-service bar, and free coffee area. This time, I visited Gim Myeongju Tteuranchae Bapsang Sinjung-dong Branch (김명주뜰안채밥상 신중동점). When I go out for a meal, the food matters, of course, but I also find myself paying close attention to whether parking is easy, whether the restaurant is clean, and whether there will be any inconvenience while eating.
For this visit, I ordered the barley corvina set meal and charcoal-grilled pork. Above all, the restaurant made a clean first impression, and the self-service bar was well set up, so I could use what I needed without any hesitation.
After the meal, I could freely brew a coffee in the café area set midway along the passage leading to the parking entrance. What I especially liked was being able to leisurely wrap up everything from the meal to dessert in one place.

What about parking when visiting by car?
When choosing somewhere to eat in Sinjung-dong, easy parking immediately puts your mind at ease. Gim Myeongju Tteuranchae Bapsang Sinjung-dong Branch has parking on the building's first floor, so I was able to park smoothly when I arrived by car.
If parking is difficult before you even sit down for a meal, it can make the whole outing tiring from the start. That day, though, I parked fairly easily and headed into the restaurant. For people arriving by car, I think this is just as important as the food.

A clean, orderly dining space
As soon as I entered, the clean and orderly overall setting stood out. The dining area felt well maintained, so I could settle into my seat comfortably.
When the surroundings are pleasant during a meal, you can focus a little more on the food and spend your time at ease, can't you? I was able to enjoy the meal that day without rushing, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Barley corvina set meal and charcoal-grilled pork
The dishes I ordered were the barley corvina set meal and charcoal-grilled pork. Rather than ordering only one item, having two different dishes together meant I could enjoy a range of flavors throughout the meal.
The barley corvina set meal was a good choice when I wanted a hearty, proper table meal, while the charcoal-grilled pork worked nicely as another dish alongside it. With several dishes on the table, we naturally chatted and ate slowly.

One thing I had looked forward to when ordering the barley corvina set meal was the satisfying fullness that comes with a set meal. Many people look for a set meal when they want a proper meal, and that day I was able to enjoy mine at an easy pace and leave feeling satisfied.
Adding the charcoal-grilled pork made the table feel even more abundant. If you visit with several people, I thought it would be nice for everyone to order a different dish they want and share.

The convenient self-service bar during the meal
The self-service bar was another feature I personally found convenient. During a meal, there are times when you need more food or tableware, and because the self-service bar was well arranged, I could get what I needed without having to ask the staff each time.
Thanks to that, I could take what I needed comfortably without interrupting the flow of the meal. It was also nice to be able to take care of things myself and spend time leisurely rather than rushing through the meal.

Kind service that stayed with me
The staff's kind service also stayed with me. Beyond the food and the space, when the service feels comfortable, it leaves you in a good mood right up to the moment you walk out.
The staff were kind that day as well, so I could spend the meal without any discomfort. The fact that it remained a pleasant memory right until I left made the overall visit satisfying.

A space for free coffee after your meal
There was one more reason I did not have to head straight home after finishing my meal. A nicely sized café area had been set up midway along the passage connecting to the parking entrance.
You could freely brew coffee there, making it a nice place to pause after eating. It was quite convenient to have a cup of coffee in the same place without needing to find and travel to a separate café after the meal.

Instead of getting straight into the car after eating, having a cup of coffee and taking a short break let me end the visit at a more relaxed pace. I think people who enjoy coffee after a meal would be happy to know this space is here. It was nice that it was free, too.
Being able to take care of the meal, parking, and dessert all at once gave me the impression that the overall flow was convenient. Looking back on this visit to Gim Myeongju Tteuranchae Bapsang Sinjung-dong Branch, it was memorable not only for the food but also for the comfort before and after the meal.
The first-floor parking made arriving by car easy, and the restaurant was clean. The self-service bar was well arranged, so I could use what I needed during the meal without any hesitation, and the staff were kind as well. Best of all, I liked ending things leisurely with coffee in the free café area after eating.

A comfortable meal from parking through dessert
If you want a comfortable meal in Sinjung-dong or are looking for a restaurant that is easy to visit by car, these are details worth considering too. A delicious meal matters, but when the whole experience—from parking to eating to dessert—is comfortable, it becomes a place that stays in your mind.
This visit ended on a happy note as I tried the barley corvina set meal and charcoal-grilled pork, then relaxed over coffee afterward. If I have another chance to eat in Sinjung-dong, I think this will come to mind again as a comfortable place for a meal.
