We arrived around 8:30pm for a late dinner, and the place was already completely packed with people enjoying a cool drink after work 😲 Luckily two seats had just opened up, so we dashed over and nicely snagged a nice, roomy spot lol. Just seeing how crowded it was told me right away this was a real Juan sundae soup hotspot worth finding 👏

The basic side dishes were kkakdugi, chives, and onion! If you run out during the meal, you can freely grab more from the self-bar 😲 Kkakdugi is an absolute must with gukbap, and it was so refreshing and tangy-sweet that we refilled it twice and cleaned every bit 🐷

The full spread we ordered arrives. Just looking at the bubbling sundaeguk in the stone pot made my mouth water..🤤💦

And sundaeguk just isn't complete without perilla seeds and pepper >_< 💕

The stone pot was packed to an unbelievable degree with meat, sundae (blood sausage), and jjopchang! I had to start fishing pieces out before adding rice since it looked like it might overflow, lol

The meat just kept coming no matter how much we ate, and by the time we finished the whole pot I nearly died from being so full ㅠㅠㅠ🥹 But it was too delicious to leave anything behind. Spicy gukbap topped with kkakdugi — how could that ever not be amazing ♥️
