Yeoksam cafe with Deep Black americano and sandwiches: Roastery Stan

A roastery cafe by Yeoksam Station Exit 3, with 1 hour of free parking

Today I visited Roastery Stan Yeoksam Main, a Yeoksam Station café. It's right near Exit 3, so it's super accessible. Also worth noting — the building offers 1 hour of free parking. A café with parking near Yeoksam Station, where parking is usually a nightmare? I love that already, haha.

Coffee time~~~~ Being a roastery café, they say the beans are special from the start. There are watermelons sitting by the entrance. Not many places actually use fresh fruit, so I was already looking forward to it.

It's known as a roastery café near Yeoksam Station, so I came for the coffee, but I heard the fresh fruit drinks are also famous. Watermelon juice, nectarine, peach, plum juice — so tempting for really feeling summer, haha.

There's writing on the entrance like this. It says both the lattes and coffee (especially filter coffee) are delicious. Honestly, all the coffee at Roastery Stan is excellent.♡

What Roastery Stan Yeoksam Main looks like inside, and where to sit

Walking inside, it was a clean space — not huge, but not small either.

Being an in-between hour on a weekday afternoon, there were plenty of open seats. There's also an outdoor terrace seating area.

At the counter, there's a rather distinctive machine with the types of beans listed on it.^^

Now let's look at the menu. Starting with coffee~ Since Roastery Stan Yeoksam Main is a roastery café, when ordering coffee you can choose from 4 house-roasted beans. I liked that lattes can also be switched to oat milk for free.^^ There are also signature and seasonal menu items — fresh avocado coffee, nectarine juice, fresh watermelon juice, fresh orange or grapefruit bianco, and fresh lemon tonic americano.

Since I hadn't had lunch, I asked if they had sandwiches or desserts besides drinks, and they told me I could check the menu on Coupang Eats, so I searched~ There's ade with fresh strawberry, shine muscat, gold kiwi acidity, plus club, tuna-egg, and potato-egg sandwiches, and a Basque cheesecake.

I ordered the club sandwich, the tuna-egg sandwich, and an iced americano. I thought I might have ordered too much, but it was so delicious that I finished everything even though I was full, haha.

At ₩5,000–7,000, I didn't expect much, but the sandwiches looked appetizing and the quality was great. Perfect for brunch or lunch — really nice.

How the Deep Black iced americano tastes

Americano coffee~ I ordered it iced, and it was unusual that they explained which beans it was made with.^^ I guess that's how confident they are in their beans~

An americano full of rich, nutty bean aroma. Being a roastery café, the coffee is definitely delicious with excellent flavor.

The beans are Deep Black, sourced from Brazil, Guatemala, and India or Ethiopia — a full-bodied, nutty coffee with notes of chocolate, almond, and brown sugar. I think I'll order Deep Black again next time.

With lettuce, ham, tomato, and all sorts of ingredients packed in, the texture and taste are great, and the price is really nice too.♡

The coffee and sandwiches were all so good, this Yeoksam Station café, Roastery Stan Yeoksam, is one I'd love to visit again.♡
