Wow, it's finally cooled down.. weather good enough to sit on a terrace!!!!! Maybe that's why the second I woke up today I was craving brunch so badly, so I dragged my husband along to Haeundae's brunch spot Bueokgan Haeundae Branch ☕️

What was the outside and inside atmosphere like?
Honestly, I used to go to Bueokgan back when it was in a different spot, early in its opening days. Now that it's moved to Dalmaji-gil, it's become an even more impressive whole building, with Bueokgan Chinese on the first floor and Bueokgan restaurant on the second. Parking was convenient too since there's their own lot 🚘

Lots of tables, and they're spaced far apart, so it seemed like it'd be really comfortable for chatting if you're meeting friends or having a gathering.🤍 The warm yellow-toned, cute interior put me in a good mood the moment I walked in.

Sweet pumpkin soup
That day we ordered three menu items. Mushroom grill salad, lasagna, and sweet pumpkin soup. First up, the sweet pumpkin soup was pleasantly sweet. It was creamy, and the pumpkin's sweet flavor came through all at once — really delicious.
Mushroom grill salad
The mushroom grill salad comes piled high with vegetables, topped with plenty of nutty cheese, and if you flip up the bottom layer with your tongs, grilled mushrooms appear underneath. The mushrooms were seasoned well before being cooked, so the flavor was spot on - !

And finally, the lasagna. This was my boyfriend's and my top pick,
Can you see how much the cheese stretches — enough to make even famous cheese pulls look tame? It seemed to be natural cheese too, soft with incredible flavor haha. The layered ragu sauce also had a ton of meat in it, so we ate it very happily. We're going to name lasagna the number one dish at this Haeundae brunch spot Bueokgan Haeundae Branch,,
