My son and I were craving something sweet in Hongdae one weekday afternoon, so we stopped by Think Fruit.

I usually love soufflé, so this time I decided to try one served with fruit. Since it was something to share with my son, we chose the peach soufflé, strawberry latte, and iced Americano.

Think Fruit location and seasonal fruit menu

Think Fruit is on the first floor at 14-12 Wausan-ro 29-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Based on reference reviews, it is an easy walk from Hongik University Station, but there is no separate parking area.

Because Think Fruit serves desserts made with seasonal fruit, I also noticed that the selection changes with the seasons. Across several reviews I checked, the black-brick exterior, full-height windows, and tablet guide with menu photos were recurring details.

The soufflé and parfait selection can change with the fruit in season, so it seems fun to see what fruit is available when you visit. On the day we went, we picked the peach soufflé and settled in, wondering what its texture would be like.

A bright, open space on a weekday afternoon

When we arrived on a weekday afternoon, we went straight in without waiting. Light poured through the full-height windows, making the interior feel bright and open, and it was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy dessert. The staff were kind, too. It also seems like a nice fit for anyone looking for a Hongdae soufflé spot on a date.

Ordering peach soufflé and drinks

We chose the peach soufflé ₩22,000, iced Americano ₩5,500, and strawberry latte ₩8,000. With a soufflé, coffee, and fruit drink, it was nice to have different things to share with my son. I had especially been curious about a Hongdae soufflé menu that came with peaches.

Peach soufflé as soft as a cloud

The soufflé arrived on a plate with an impressively soft, cloud-like texture. It was gently sweet and the kind of dessert I kept reaching for. The peaches included both crisp, firm peaches and juicy, soft peaches on one plate.

It felt like a generous portion even for the two of us to share, and my son loved it too. What I remember most from this Hongdae soufflé was definitely that cloud-soft texture.

Iced Americano that went well with dessert

The iced Americano I had was nutty and clean-tasting.

Taking a sip between bites of the sweet dessert refreshed my palate, so it was nice to alternate it with the soufflé.

My son drank the strawberry latte. Its sweet-tart strawberry flavor came through nicely, and he liked it so much that it made me happy too.

We could enjoy fruit desserts and drinks with both peaches and strawberries in one place.

I want to try soufflé in another season too

The peach soufflé, Americano, and strawberry latte are a combination I would happily have again. It was peaches this time, but I found myself wanting to try a soufflé with another seasonal fruit when the season changes.
