The difference between hire katsu and rosu katsu

The hire katsu, with its slightly pink, juicy interior, melted softly and cleanly the moment it hit my mouth, while the rosu katsu stood out for its nutty flavor and crispiness.

What does the cheese katsu taste like?

Above all, the cheese katsu was packed with rich, savory cheese that stretched out with every bite — so satisfying lol. Dipping it lightly in wasabi, the special sauce, and salt kept it interesting the whole time!

2. Refreshingly chewy! Cold udon + 4 pieces of hire katsu

With the hot weather, I wanted the broth with ice floating in it, so I chose cold udon paired with a single katsu order! I added ₩1,000 to the base cold udon to add 4 pieces of hire katsu ^-^

The cold udon was topped generously with savory fried tofu, tempura flakes, seaweed flakes, and green onion, and the noodles were so wonderfully bouncy and chewy that I couldn't help but be impressed.
