Sunlit window seats and brunch at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, Seongbuk

Today I visited 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, located right behind Mia Hyundai Department Store.

It's right behind Mia Hyundai Department Store, so it wasn't hard to find at all, and with so many apartment complexes nearby, it seemed like a great spot for local residents to enjoy brunch too.

Best of all, there's a dedicated parking lot, so it was convenient to visit by car. The building itself was kept neat and clean, and with its floor-to-ceiling windows, it felt open even from the outside. It seemed like the kind of place where you could really soak up the sunlight if you visited on a nice day around midday! And in fact, the weather was great the day I went, so the sunlight pouring in through the big windows was really beautiful.

Once inside, the place felt clean and bright overall. Thanks to the huge windows, the interior didn't feel stuffy at all, and the sunlight came in beautifully — a perfect atmosphere for brunch. Even though I visited during lunchtime, there were so many customers. Lots of people were enjoying brunch with friends, and the relaxed vibe of everyone taking their time over their meals put me in a good mood too :)

What's on the menu

The menu was quite diverse too. From brunch dishes to pasta, risotto, steak, salad, and even pizza — it seemed like a great place for a group to visit, since everyone could pick something to their taste.

There were also plenty of drink options — coffee and tea of course, but also juices and smoothies. Among those, we ordered grapefruit juice and orange juice.

The juices came out first, and you could really taste the fresh fruit flavor. They were genuinely 100% fruit juice, so they were refreshing and delicious — and paired really well with the brunch dishes~

And soon after, our food arrived.

A hearty plate of classic American brunch

First up, the hearty classic American brunch! True to its name, it really did come out generously portioned. The plating was pretty too, so I found myself taking photos the moment it arrived — the kind of visual that really appeals to the eye haha.

The composition was really solid too. Salad, hash browns, sausage, toast, avocado, scrambled eggs, and bacon — all on one plate! There was so much variety, and nothing felt like it was missing. The portion was also a lot bigger than I expected. First I was surprised by the pretty plating, and then surprised again by how much food there was once I started eating. With a spread like this, I thought the value for money was pretty good too. I also liked that I could try a variety of brunch items all on one plate :)

And now for the dish I'd personally recommend the most — the Mont Blanc truffle pasta. This is one you really have to try. The moment it arrived, a strong truffle aroma rose up, and honestly the smell alone was amazing.

When I tasted it, the thick, creamy sauce was packed with truffle flavor — really delicious. If you're a fan of cream pasta, this is a flavor you'd especially love. And what makes this pasta special is that it's served inside a Mont Blanc bread loaf! The visual was unique too, so it was fun just looking at it.

Dipping the bread into the soup that came alongside was delicious, and dipping it into the pasta sauce worked just as well. The combination of the thick truffle cream sauce and the Mont Blanc bread was better than I expected. Getting to enjoy the bread too made the whole thing even more satisfying. A salad came along with the pasta as well, so the meal felt well-rounded and quite filling.

To sum up

Overall, the food at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch was delicious, but what I liked especially was the atmosphere. With sunlight pouring in beautifully through the huge windows, I think visiting around midday on a nice day would make for an even more enjoyable brunch. The space is clean and bright, making it a great spot to enjoy brunch with friends, and it would also work well as a date spot.

Having its own parking lot is another plus, making it easy to visit by car. Since it's right behind Mia Hyundai Department Store, it's also a great stop before or after shopping there, and a good option for local residents looking for brunch nearby. In particular, I'd recommend the hearty classic American brunch and the Mont Blanc truffle pasta.
