Sokcho Bultan Gamja Bread is the bread I first met as a sample piece at Sokcho Jungang Market (Central Market). The Haksapyeong-gil main store is right on the way home, so it's an easy stop. Actually, before heading there, I'd parked near Sokcho Jungang Market and was walking down when someone kept saying "try a piece as you go by" — so I did, and that was it!!!!! Sokcho Bultan Gamja Bread!!!! I only had a bite, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. The market location is takeout-only, but the main store has a café attached, so you can sit and eat there too!

There's tons of parking around, and there seemed to be a lot of cars coming in for good restaurants nearby too. You could eat a meal there, then swing by Sokcho Bultan Gamja Bread for bread and a drink to help digest — sounds like a plan, right?

The exterior is decorated with what I guess you'd call spray-paint style art — really cute! Also, unlike what Naver Maps shows, it's actually open until 17:00, so keep that in mind~~~~

You can also do the Muskia drawing experience, which seems perfect for kids to enjoy, and it makes a nice souvenir for adults too! ₩10,000 per piece.

The seating is spacious and comfortable, so it's a good spot any time. I visited after lunch on a weekday and there was still plenty of open seating~~

There's outdoor seating too, though it's probably still too hot for that right now — maybe come September it'll be cool enough to be nice.
