Guwol-dong pizza and pasta restaurant, weekend date set: Withwich
In short
Withwich is a sandwich, pasta, and wood-fired pizza brunch restaurant at the Guwol Asiad Athletes' Village rotary in Namdong-gu, Incheon. Two diners arrived just after lunch on a weekend and ordered the set for two at the kiosk — pasta, wood-fired pizza, salad, and two drinks — which came as cream carbonara and bulgogi wood-fired pizza. The pasta portion was generous and the wood-fired dough pleasantly chewy, making Withwich an easy weekend date pick in Guwol-dong.

Today was a rare date, and I was craving that fluttery date-night feeling (?), so with the excuse of really wanting proper pasta, I decided to go all out and set the mood. After shoe shopping over in Bupyeong, we headed to a pasta place in Guwol-dong. This is Withwich, a Guwol-dong restaurant in Incheon.

Where is Withwich, and what are its hours and parking?

Withwich seating and atmosphere just after weekend lunch
We visited Withwich, a pasta restaurant in Incheon, a bit after weekend lunchtime, and it was already packed with customers. This photo only shows part of the space, but with two- and four-person tables, it seemed to work well for families, couples, and solo diners alike.
On top of that, with an 8am opening and no break time, coming early to enjoy coffee also looked comfortable.

What comes in the Withwich set for two?
Order via kiosk! The menu had lots of brunch options, from sandwiches to wood-fired pizza to pasta. True to its brunch-spot reputation, Withwich had a wide range of set menu configurations, making it easy to choose. You could even swap options within the sets, which was nice for picking things to your taste.
We ordered the set for two, made up of pasta, wood-fired pizza, salad, and two drinks.

The food took about 10 minutes. We got cream carbonara pasta, bulgogi pizza, ricotta cheese salad, and swapped in grapefruit ade and iced tea—it looked quite generous for the price, which got me excited. The pizza seemed to start from scratch with the dough the moment it was ordered. A truly authentic wood-fired pizza!!

Cream carbonara at Withwich: portion size and taste
Withwich's cream carbonara had a very generous amount of noodles, packed with bacon and button mushrooms. Honestly, when we first ordered I worried the portion would be small, but the noodle amount turned out to be huge... The cream wasn't greasy at all—savory and creamy—so my boyfriend scooped up every last bit of the sauce with a spoon.
The noodles were cooked just right and it was hardly spicy at all, so I'd recommend this dish for family diners with kids too.

Ricotta cheese salad
The ricotta cheese salad had soft ricotta cheese piled generously on fresh vegetables, making it light yet savory 🥗🤍 Paired with the tangy dressing, it was a great match alongside the pasta, haha.

Withwich's signature bulgogi wood-fired pizza and its chewy dough
The bulgogi pizza, Withwich's signature wood-fired pizza in the Incheon Asiad area, was bigger than expected. It was loaded with bulgogi, mayonnaise, and garlic flakes, so the savory flavor really exploded.
On top of that, being a wood-fired pizza, the dough was chewy to the max—some places go for a crispy crust, but I definitely prefer a chewy dough, it was totally my taste. The thickness felt just right to match the toppings, hahaha.
Is Withwich worth it for a date in Guwol-dong?
With 2 hours of parking support and an 8am opening, Withwich is well-located both as a Guwol-dong date course and as a stop during a morning walk. Maybe because it's already famous as a brunch spot in Incheon, customers kept streaming in the whole time we ate, whether picking up takeout or dining in. The sandwiches seemed to be the top seller by far.
The interior is cute and cozy, so I'd recommend it as a date course too, and since it opens at 8am, it's also a good stop for a morning walk. Haha, if you're looking for a pasta restaurant in Incheon, a brunch spot in Namdong-gu, or a Guwol-dong restaurant with easy parking, I recommend Withwich 🔥💓
