Guwol-dong weekday brunch, one sandwich and two pastas: Withwich

In short

Withwich is a sandwich and pasta brunch restaurant on Seonsuchon Park-ro in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, and a 2026 Blue Ribbon pick. On a weekday at 11am, two sisters shared one avocado arugula sandwich and ordered a pasta each: the carbonara and the new beef brisket jjamppong pasta. Both rated the thick, creamy carbonara the winner, and Withwich is best visited on a weekday since weekends bring a wait.

Today I visited Withwich, a pasta restaurant in Guwol-dong, Incheon. It's a verified spot selected for the 2026 Blue Ribbon guide, and apparently already famous as an Incheon brunch restaurant! It was my first visit, but the sister I went with said she still thinks about the sandwich she had here... haha. Let me introduce it right away~

Withwich location, hours and parking in Guwol-dong

Withwich is on the 1st floor of 36 Seonsuchon Park-ro, Namdong-gu, Incheon, open Mon–Sat 08:00–21:00 and Sunday 09:00–21:00, with no break time. Parking is in the building's basement lot — it's spacious, but there were a ton of cars, so I'd recommend a weekday visit ㅠㅠ

Is Withwich busy at 11am on a weekday?

We arrived around 11am on a weekday, and the restaurant was already packed with customers... As it got closer to the lunch peak, there were a lot of solo diners too, plus people coming in for lunch. There's definitely going to be a wait on weekends, so I really recommend visiting on a weekday!

Apparently the coffee Withwich serves is roasted in a roasting space tucked in one corner of the restaurant. You can check the display near the kitchen to see when it was roasted!

They also have plenty of baby chairs on hand, so it seems like a solid choice for a family with kids too.

What the Withwich self-bar stocks, down to disposable gloves

Here's the self-bar. There are various sauces, cutlery, pickles and so on, and since the sandwiches are so huge, they even provide disposable gloves. Water is self-serve too.

Withwich set menus: ordering solo vs. for two or more

Here's the set menu board. If you're visiting alone, I'd recommend the sandwich-and-drink combo, and for two or more, go for set 2 or 3! But the sandwich is absolutely, absolutely essential ,,,,

Here's the full menu board. At first I thought the sandwiches were a bit pricey, but once the dishes actually arrived, I understood why haha. I'll get into the sandwich below! They also sell wood-fired pizza baked in-house, and the dough itself was so good that I'm definitely trying the pizza on my next visit.

Withwich is also famous as a pasta restaurant, and the best-menu item is the carbonara. Everything looked delicious so it took forever to choose, but in the end we settled on one sandwich and two pastas.

They also sell coffee and drinks — essential for brunch — and they even had bottled beer! The dujjochonkeu (a snack item) was sold out, which somehow made me more curious about it.

How the avocado arugula sandwich tastes

The dish we ordered was the avocado arugula sandwich. Between the baguette bread is a mountain of fresh vegetables, with avocado, ham, and arugula layered throughout. Those onions especially had a slightly sweet-and-sour flavor that never got tiring — I could've eaten two more ,,🫢 The baguette itself had zero hard, chewy texture; it was crisp on the outside and moist inside, which paired even better with the fillings.

Best-seller carbonara vs. the new beef brisket jjamppong pasta

Since we decided on one pasta each, I ordered the best-menu item, the carbonara. Wow, this is truly rich, creamy, and savory. It's loaded with bacon too, and the portion was surprisingly generous, so I actually had some left over ㅜㅜ If you usually love rich, indulgent food, you'll definitely, definitely!!! love this haha.

My sister ordered Withwich's new menu item, the beef brisket jjamppong pasta (spicy seafood-noodle-style pasta). It comes topped with a generous heap of well-grilled beef brisket, and the sauce wasn't just spicy — it was a mix of tomato base and jjamppong base flavors. (Spice level: somewhere between Shin Ramyun and Buldak?) We both agreed the carbonara was tastier!

Is Withwich worth a weekday brunch visit?

Living up to its 2026 Blue Ribbon certification, everything at this Guwol-dong restaurant Withwich was flawless, from the sandwich to the pastas. If you're looking for a can't-miss Incheon brunch restaurant, I strongly recommend Withwich! haha
