Korean BBQ with window patio seats near Dasan Station: Eungbongjip

This weekend, after an outing with my parents' family, we were trying to figure out what to have for dinner and found this BBQ spot — a Dasan Station favorite, a Dasan new town favorite, and a favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Outlets. Here's my restaurant tour review of [Eungbongjip]!

My husband and I are total meat lovers, so we go to BBQ places all the time~ When we're at a BBQ restaurant, if there's a cut without seasoning, we cut it up small for the baby, and she eats it so, so well, which is another reason we stop by often! (Taking after her mom and dad, our little Kim family daughter seems to love meat too, haha.)

Let me tell you about the BBQ favorite our family found — near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, and a great spot for families or couples to visit this Chuseok holiday — [Eungbongjip]!

Eungbongjip Dasan Station Branch opens at 4pm and closes at 1am, with weekend closing at 2am. Parking is shopping-complex parking, and they have a baby chair and baby dishware.

[Eungbongjip], a Dasan favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, has two entrances! One on the outside of the complex and one on the inside, so you can enter conveniently either way!

Seating and tablet ordering at Eungbongjip

The seating at [Eungbongjip], a favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, is spacious and pleasant!

Orders are placed via a tablet on the table! These days most restaurants use tablets for ordering, which feels even more convenient~ You don't have to flag down the owner, and you don't have to hunt for a call button — I find tablet ordering more comfortable^^

Above and below the ordering tablet there's a Naver review event and tips on how to eat the meat deliciously, so you can enjoy the event while you eat! You can also try the different eating tips and adjust things to suit your own taste for the tastiest meat!

How clean are the utensils and tables?

Eungbongjip Dasan Station Branch keeps spoons and napkins under the table, so you can use them conveniently! It's not easy for BBQ places to keep spoons sanitary, but here every spoon was individually wrapped in a hygiene cover, which felt very trustworthy!

BBQ places tend to splatter a lot of oil, making it hard to find a clean one, but [Eungbongjip] was managed cleanly with no grease buildup 👍🏻

Baby chair and baby dishware: why Eungbongjip is easy with a baby

What won me over at [Eungbongjip], a BBQ favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, is how much thought they put into baby meals! They have a baby chair, baby water bottle, baby plate, and even baby spoons — barely any BBQ place has all this — and each baby spoon is individually placed in its own holder. It really feels like a great place to bring a baby!

We asked for the baby spoon they had on hand, cut the meat up small, and gave it to our baby — she loved it :)

Window seats that feel like patio dining

We sat by the window for that outdoor-seating feel and ate while catching the breeze! It's not easy to actually sit outdoors with a baby, but the window seat let us get a bit of that indirect outdoor-BBQ atmosphere, haha.

What side dishes come with the meal?

At [Eungbongjip], a favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, the basic side dishes also feel well thought out! Sides that pair well with meat, and even a steamed egg that's cute like pudding...

With such photogenic side dishes, it's a great date spot for couples to come take pretty food photos, eat delicious meat, and have a glass of soju too :) They say food that looks good tastes good, and these appetite-boosting side dishes really were tasty 👍🏻

There was even minari (water dropwort) among the wrap greens, and older folks tend to love that kind of vegetable! So this seems like a great spot to visit with family for an outing this Chuseok holiday :)

How the frozen samgyeopsal, deolmisal and pork neck taste

At Eungbongjip, they lay the specialty cuts on a hot, well-preheated grill pan and grill them right for you! And of course, the meat my baby's dad grills tastes best to me, haha.

Since it's frozen samgyeopsal, it's thin and cooks quickly! Great for when you're hungry and want to dig in right away~ Meat is best eaten heartily and enthusiastically — it made us feel like we'd properly 'oiled up'!

My baby's dad loved the deolmisal, and my mom trimmed the fat off her pork neck and ate it that way — our whole family enjoyed the meal :) Just look at that meat grilling to a golden brown! And there's my baby's dad, diligently flipping away, haha.

Is Eungbongjip Dasan Station Branch worth a visit?

For our Kim family, [Eungbongjip], a favorite near the Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlets, wasn't just delicious — the sincere care for baby meals really won us over! Baby dishware~ baby water bottle~ baby spoons each individually placed~ baby chair too — every one of these little touches of thoughtfulness from the owner made the meat taste even better :)

I'd recommend this as a great place to visit with family this Chuseok holiday, a great date spot for couples, and a great restaurant to bring a baby to!
