When I eat udon, broth matters, but honestly I'm someone who really loves thick, chewy noodles !! >__< I especially love Sanuki udon where the bite of the noodle itself really comes through, so while looking for good udon near Seoul National University Entrance Station, I ended up visiting this place. This time I went to "Kosi Seoul National University Entrance Branch"!

I ordered bukkake udon and king shrimp katsu, and the udon noodles were genuinely chewy and springy — exactly my style.
