I was looking for a pretty café near Gyodae Station and ended up at Mini Male Coffee Roaster Gyodae Court Branch! Known for good desserts and often recommended as a date spot in Gangnam/Seocho, this place is black-and-white right from the exterior

and it looked like a little castle — I fell for it the moment I saw it (๑>ᴗ<๑)♡⃛

The interior design was clean and pretty, and the tables were spaced well apart, which I really liked! The mood is calm and sophisticated, so I'd totally recommend it as a date spot near Gyodae Station (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑

Mini Male Gyodae Court Branch has everything from coffee to a wide variety of desserts, so it was easy to browse! After some thought I picked the signature drink and ordered a couple of baked goods to go with it (๑>ᴗ<๑)♡⃛

Looking at the menu board, the basics — Americano and latte — were there, but the nutty condensada latte and the signature Helsinki Latte really caught my eye (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑

So that was my automatic pick! And I already mentally bookmarked a few things to try next time haha

The layered look of the bread was so appetizing, and each dessert had different ingredients, so it was genuinely fun picking to my taste (뿜뿜•̀ᴗ•́) The prices were reasonable too, which made me like it even more!

And then there was the England scone from Mini Male Gyodae Court Branch! Crisp on the outside, moist on the inside — a classic, textbook scone feel!

It had a lovely plain, nutty flavor! What really stood out was the whipped cream served alongside the scone — really nutty and delicious! Piling it on generously made the whole thing taste so rich and satisfying (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑

Taking a bite of the sweet chocolate babka, then dipping the plain scone into the whipped cream — the dessert combination was fantastic! And washing it all down with the Helsinki Latte made for a perfect, clean finish!
