I visited Moshi Moshi Sushi in the restaurant floor at Lotte Department Store in Nampo-dong, Busan~. Since it is inside the department store, it is seriously easy to get to! It is on the 10th floor, haha.
Moshi Moshi Sushi Lotte Department Store Gwangbok: location and atmosphere
Moshi Moshi is a sushi chain in Busan, directly operated for 15 years at its Busan National University branch, 7 years at the Gwangbok branch, and 3 years at the Dongnae branch!
A stylish exterior on the 10th floor

It is on the 10th floor, and the exterior looks so stylish. It says Moshi Moshi in both Korean and Japanese, too!

You can see the signature dishes at the front of the restaurant, and there were even more choices on the table-order screen inside.
Spacious, spotless seating

The interior was very clean and neat! There are lots of seats and plenty of space, so it feels comfortable. It looks great for meetings, dates, or family meals—everything! The atmosphere feels upscale, but it is good value, which is perfect 😊

Every table has napkins and cutlery set out, plus soy sauce, paper cups, and table ordering.

They have high chairs too, so I think you could bring a baby and all eat together without any hassle.

The chefs make the sushi right away in this open kitchen! An open kitchen really makes you trust a place, doesn’t it? 🫶🏼
A wide range of set meals and à la carte dishes

There is such a wide variety of food! There are lots of set options, and when you select a set, it is divided into “good” and “better” choices, so order the better one if you want something a little more upscale.

They also sell sashimi, assorted tempura, and chashu as à la carte dishes, so it would be nice for drinks too!! They have draft beer, so having it with a beer would seriously feel like being in Japan, hahaha. You can order individual dishes too, whenever you feel like the meal needs a little more 😊

Receipt review event

You get two pieces of shrimp sushi for a Naver receipt review! There is no reason not to do this review event…🫶🏼 Moshi Moshi is seriously a great sushi spot, so of course the shrimp sushi must be insanely delicious too~~~ ♡
Trying the sushi set and eel sushi

The sushi set comes with 8 pieces of sushi, salad, soft tofu, udon, and 3 pieces of tempura! It might look a little light at first, but once you eat it, you get seriously full. The portion is huge!!

Every single item in the Moshi Moshi Gwangbok sushi set is delicious! The sushi selection is great, and you can really taste how fresh the ingredients are. The salad dressing is sweet and tangy too, so it would be nice to eat the salad first before the sushi to prevent a blood-sugar spike, haha.

The whole set is so generous! At ₩21,900, it is great value. It is put together so perfectly with a combination of the best menu items.

This is the eel sushi! Doesn’t it look gorgeous? It was soft and so delicious. None of Moshi Moshi’s sushi has any fishy taste at all, and it is all fresh.

The salad is good too, but that soft tofu is seriously insanely delicious. The sauce is so nutty, the tofu is smooth, and the combination is really good~!

I think the tempura came as shrimp, kabocha squash, and potato, and it was super crispy, hahaha. I have heard that a place good at sushi is good at tempura too, and that is totally Moshi Moshi 👍
It is on the 10th floor of Lotte Department Store in Nampo, Busan, so the location is amazing. There is lots to do at the department store, and Moshi Moshi would be the perfect delicious sushi meal while you are there. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, the food is great value and so delicious, so I am definitely coming back. I recommend Moshi Moshi Gwangbok to anyone looking for a good restaurant, a proper meal, a sushi restaurant, or a date spot in Nampo-dong!
