Vietnamese restaurant in Seongnam for spicy brisket pho: Kkamon
In short
Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. I tried spicy brisket pho, Kkamon fried rice, and a bánh mì sandwich, and the pho was especially generous while cilantro and chili sauce could be added to taste. My verdict: I especially recommend the hearty bánh mì for lunch.

Exotic interior and how to order
Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store is decorated so well that it feels like you have arrived in Vietnam, making it easy to spot.

The interior was also nicely decorated in pretty, exotic colors.

Inside, there were 7 or 8 tables set up for four people.

Naver reservations are available for parties of four or more, and the restaurant says it will kindly guide you if you contact it about groups of eight or more or private bookings.

Ordering was done through the order tablet at each table.

Kkamon signature dishes and what I ordered
- Kkamon pho (brisket): ₩11,000
- Spicy brisket pho: ₩11,000
- Kkamon fried rice: ₩12,000
- Bánh mì sandwich: ₩9,000
- Lamb ribs: ₩23,000
- Chả giò: ₩7,500

I ordered spicy brisket pho, Kkamon fried rice, and a bánh mì sandwich.

How spicy is the spicy brisket pho?
The spicy brisket pho was almost a serving and a half. It came out incredibly generous.

Cilantro does not come in it by default. If you ask, they bring it in a basket like this.

There were loads of noodles and meat. It was a little less spicy than Jin Ramen Spicy, so it was not actually too spicy.

The beef in the pho had absolutely no off smell, and dipping it in the chili sauce on the table made it even better!!

Kkamon fried rice with savory stir-fried meat
Kkamon fried rice comes with egg fried rice and stir-fried minced meat, and that savory meat was so delicious.

The seasoning had really soaked into the meat, so it went perfectly with the fried rice.

Bánh mì with extra cilantro and chili sauce
Kkamon's bánh mì was quite large. It was generously filled with lots of meat, too.

The bánh mì does not come with 🌿 cilantro either. Just ask for it separately and add it to your taste.

Load the bánh mì up with cilantro and the chili sauce on the table, and it is seriously so good!! I totally recommend Kkamon's bánh mì.
Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store is between Jeongja Station and Migeum Station. Both are a 10-minute walk away, so it is easy to get to, and having its own parking also makes parking convenient. I would recommend Kkamon Bundang Jeongja Direct Store as a great lunch spot for office workers around Jeongja Station in Bundang.
