Also remember, the whole party has to be present to enter! I visited on a weeknight at 9pm and it was buzzing, but luckily I didn't have to wait at all.

🪩 Inside Ganppa Beer Gwangalli 2: there are bar tables near the kitchen, and tables in the middle for groups of two or more, but it was so crowded I couldn't get a clear shot ㅠㅠ True to its name, there's not a single chair in this standing bar haha. There's space under the tables to stash your bag or coat!

A lot of places keep their kegs at room temperature, but here they're kept chilled at the optimal temperature! There's also a corner set up for instant photos :)

Sapporo draft beer — ₩8,900

Served in Ganppa's ultra-thin house glasses, pre-rinsed with 0°C ice water — I guess you could say it maximized the beer's coldness?! It was seriously refreshing!

Osaka chicken — ₩8,900

Made not with chicken breast but chicken thigh, this is authentic Japanese-style karaage paired with Osaka tare sauce that comes together beautifully. Chicken and beer really is the best combo haha.
