Gwangalli brunch café with baby chairs, kid-friendly: Famous Benny
In short
Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch is a two-floor brunch café in Suyeong, Busan, open daily from 8am. Visiting with her husband and child as the first stop of their Busan trip, the writer shared garlic butter eggs, French toast, and bacon scramble toast, and found baby chairs on hand made eating with a child much easier. A great pick for travelers wanting brunch with a kid early in the morning.

Today I'm reviewing Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch.

This was the first stop on our itinerary when we visited Busan with my husband and our kid :D
Why we picked Famous Benny Gwangalli as our first stop in Busan

✨ The look of the food and the opening time! The brunch plating looked so pretty and delicious, and since it opens at 8am, it was the perfect restaurant for tourists moving early in the morning ✨

Where to park at Famous Benny Gwangalli

Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch doesn't have its own dedicated parking lot. If you're driving, you'll need to use a nearby paid lot like Taeyang Parking or Millak Sea Land public parking. The Taeyang Parking we used was ₩4,000 an hour. It can get crowded around here on weekends, so I'd recommend arriving with a bit of buffer time before mealtime to park and walk over.
1st floor atmosphere and baby chairs

This Gwangalli brunch spot, Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch, is split across 1st and 2nd floors.

When you visit a brunch café, the interior usually matters just as much as the menu, right?

Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch has tasteful artwork hung throughout the space, so it felt like stepping into a small gallery. The overall vibe is clean and elegant, which also made it great for taking pretty brunch photos.

And there were chairs for babies — I was so touched ♥️ Some brunch cafés don't have baby chairs, or operate as no-kids zones, so it's something you have to check ahead when going with a child. Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch had baby chairs ready, which made eating with our kid so much easier.
2nd floor self-service bar and seating

We enjoyed brunch on the 1st floor, but I was curious about the 2nd floor vibe, so I went up by myself.

The self-service bar on the 2nd floor had blankets, water, and trays ready. Since you can grab what you need yourself, it seemed like a comfortable place to spend time on the second floor too.

The 2nd floor interior wasn't huge, but the spacing between seats was comfortable. It looked like a nice spot to chat comfortably with friends or a partner.
Three brunch dishes for three people

A menu with a strong exotic vibe 🌊

Here's what we ordered :D
- Garlic Butter Eggs (₩14,000)
- French Toast (₩17,000)
- Bacon Scramble Toast (₩15,000)
With three family members ordering three different dishes, each had a different flavor and composition, so it was great for sampling a variety. The plating came out clean and generous too, so we took several photos before eating.
Garlic Butter Eggs

The Garlic Butter Eggs were exactly to my taste since I love exotic flavors. It was spicier than I expected, but mixing it with the poached egg mellowed the spice and made it smooth to eat.
French Toast

French toast usually just comes with sweet maple syrup, but Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch's French toast came with berry compote, giving it a more refreshing, sweeter taste.
Bacon Scramble Toast

Bacon Scramble Toast — our kid's absolute favorite. Normally a picky eater who doesn't eat much, this time she said it was so delicious and hummed along while inhaling it :D
Overall thoughts on Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch
Famous Benny Gwangalli Branch, a Gwangalli brunch café I visited during our Busan trip — open from 8am, and a place where you can enjoy brunch and coffee all in one ❤️ Having baby chairs made it easy to visit with our kid. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling around Gwangalli with a child who wants to enjoy a delicious brunch starting a little early. Ppotto's Busan travel记录 continues. 📷
