Haeundae terrace café for group catch-ups: Geumsong Deokmi

Today's story is about a get-together without the kids haha! My sisters and I met up at Geumsong Deokmi (금송덕미), a dessert café on Haeridan-gil in Haeundae. The space is full of European hotel vibes, so it was perfect for catching up after a long time apart. We sat on the outdoor terrace, had cake and coffee, and just had such a relaxing time ☕️

Where to park near Geumsong Deokmi

It's really close to Haeundae Station, so it was super easy to find. You can park at the public lot, but it was full today haha, so parking was tricky. Luckily there's no enforcement from 11:30 to 2:30, so we just parked on the street today haha.

The building and the café interior

They said it was inspired by a modern European hotel, and honestly, every corner is so pretty that you get a good photo no matter where you shoot. From the 2nd floor window, it's also fun to watch people passing by on Haeridan-gil.

We sat on the outdoor terrace, and with the green trees around us, the vibe was so good I almost forgot we were in Busan. This place is basically abroad...❤️ There was even a foreign couple sitting at the table next to us lol.

Apparently the menu changes with the season, and right now it's fig season haha.

What the four of us ordered at Geumsong Deokmi

We had a solid spread for four: oreo cheesecake, fig earl grey tiramisu, 2 royal vanilla lattes, and 2 iced americanos.

The oreo cheesecake had a thick, rich layer of oreo crumble on top with soft cheese cream inside — not too sweet and really clean-tasting, so I kept going back for more.

The fig earl grey tiramisu had a generous topping of sweet-tart figs, making it perfect for a refreshing palate cleanser.

Royal vanilla latte and iced americano: the drink pairing

The vanilla latte was smooth and nutty, and the americano was clean and crisp — a combo that satisfied everyone's taste haha.

A terrace catch-up without the kids

Chatting with my sisters over cake without the kids for once, time just flew by. Sitting on the terrace, sipping coffee in the sun, all the stress from lately seemed to melt away. The desserts were delicious, the atmosphere was great, and most of all, being with good people made it that much happier.
