Haeundae restaurant with elevator-linked parking: lasagna at Bueokgan
In short
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is a European-style Western restaurant on Dalmaji-gil in Haeundae, Busan. On a wedding anniversary trip to Busan, the writer had lunch here with her child and chose the Couple Dish Set (₩51,000) with pastry soup, napa cabbage Caesar salad, carbonara and basil Margherita pizza, then added lasagna for ₩21,000. With the underground parking lot linked straight to an elevator plus suction-cup plates and kids' tableware, Bueokgan Haeundae Branch made eating out with a child easy.

Let me start this Busan trip post, which was partly a wedding anniversary trip and partly just a chance to get some fresh air 🫶 Lunch in Busan was at a great-atmosphere Western restaurant near Haeundae — let me introduce 'Bueokgan Haeundae Branch.'
Parking at Bueokgan Haeundae Branch: is the underground lot easier?
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch has two parking lots, one above ground and one underground. Following the navigation, we ended up at the underground lot and parked in the spot shown in the second photo.

It was convenient that the underground lot connects directly to an elevator.

The European-style building and photo-zone entrance on Dalmaji-gil
Bueokgan Haeundae Branch has another entrance you reach by parking above ground and walking up the hill. The black awning curtain with 'BUUK' written in white was such a charming detail, and the whole building had a European feel to it.

This entrance felt like a photo zone too, so we took some pictures here ❣️

Inside Bueokgan Haeundae Branch: mood and seats for families with kids
Open the green door at Bueokgan Haeundae Branch and a moody, calm, green-toned interior unfolds.

Walking further inside, another space opens up — bright and warm with natural light coming in from three sides.

There was also an 8-seat group table.

Since we'd reserved ahead through Naver, they seated us by the window ❣️ The suction-cup plate and kids' tableware were so cute haha.

Couple Dish Set plus lasagna: what the order cost at Bueokgan
We ordered the Bueokgan Couple Dish Set at a base price of ₩51,000, adding pastry soup (+₩2,000), napa cabbage Caesar salad (+₩4,000), carbonara (+₩1,000), basil Margherita pizza (+₩1,000), single grapefruit (₩0), Sprite (₩0), and on top of that a lasagna (+₩21,000).

The table setting was neat too.

What does the napa cabbage Caesar salad taste like?
First came the Sprite and a chilled single grapefruit.

A generous napa cabbage Caesar salad — grilled napa cabbage topped with sun-dried tomato, bacon chips, onion flakes, and plenty of cheese.
You cut the cabbage with scissors to eat it. Since it's grilled, it's sweet, and the dressing is tangy-sweet-salty, almost like a Western-style water kimchi ❣️ Perfect as an appetizer.
Bueokgan's signature pastry soup
The pastry soup is Bueokgan's signature dish — warm sweet pumpkin soup topped with a pastry you scoop up together with the soup.

Made in-house from fresh sweet pumpkin, it had great flavor and the pumpkin taste was rich and deep. Can you see how bright yellow the soup is haha? It comes out very hot, so be careful ⭐️
Lasagna and carbonara: each family member's favourite dish
Lasagna made with house-simmered ragu sauce, wide lasagna noodles, eggplant, and cheese.

The house-made sauce had wonderful flavor, and it was packed with both eggplant and meat! My husband's favorite dish 🫶

A flavorful carbonara combining bacon, mushrooms, and cream.
Popping the poached egg and mixing it in made the rich cream sauce even better 👍🏻 My daughter's favorite dish.

Basil Margherita pizza with the sweet pumpkin soup
A light, clean basil Margherita pizza with a basil pesto base and grilled tomato.

Can you see how the cheese stretches haha? The pizza wasn't greasy at all and the crust was light too! A dish everyone, young or old, would enjoy 🩷 My favorite.

I especially loved pairing it with the pumpkin soup — dipping it in for that sweet-and-savory combo 🫶
Who should visit Bueokgan Haeundae Branch?
