A hip-vibe restaurant in Jeonpo-dong serving American-style hand-patty burgers

Dufftown was one of my favorite spots when I lived in Jeonpo-dong. My personal number one among Busan's hand-patty burger restaurants :) The Jeonpo-dong commercial strip changes constantly, but as far as I know, Dufftown has been operating in the same spot for over four years. Any place that stays in one location that long is basically guaranteed to be good.

Even the exterior has a really hip vibe! If you love hand-patty burgers, I highly recommend this as a Jeonpo date spot this weekend b

The interior was really impressive too. Maybe because it's an American-style burger place, the decor was full of American vibes — it felt like traveling somewhere abroad. There are little props in every corner, but arranged in a tidy way that gives it a simple, chic mood!

A restaurant even Han Hae — known as Busan's own guy — has visited! My husband from Heungnam-dong is kind of a fan of Han Hae (not sure why), and when he saw the autographed paper showing Han Hae had been here, he got so excited (lol).

American-Style Hand-Patty Burger Menu & Prices

True to a Busan burger favorite, there are a whopping 9 types! The fries also came in a variety — plain, cheese, honey garlic, chili cheese, and more. Order as a set and you get a half-size fries plus a drink at a more affordable price, and the portion is still plenty — I recommend going with the set!

There's a self-serve bar next to the counter with ketchup, chili sauce, water, and more, free to use as you like.

If you leave a Naver receipt review, you get a sweet-and-tart, refreshing passion fruit juice :) We skipped it since we were having draft beer, but it seems perfect for a hot summer day!

Double Cheeseburger: Juices Running with Every Bite

The double cheeseburger, said to be Dufftown's best menu item, is something I order every single time I come. A thick patty, two slabs of rich cheese, a buttery, fragrant bun, and crisp vegetables — the perfect combination of a burger! I pressed the burger down a little to eat it in one bite and the juices just poured out. Looking at the photo again, my mouth is watering!

My husband from Heungnam-dong says burgers are just a snack(?) and don't fill him up, but Dufftown's burgers have such generous fillings that he pats his stomach afterward lol. They're huge in size too, so even a grown man ends up full :)

Honestly, there are so many American-style burger places that are just greasy! Dufftown's combination of fillings is genuinely the best b Maybe that's why on weekends you see so many foreign customers here too. It really seems to nail the authentic flavor.

Crispy, freshly fried fries! There are lots of varieties like cheese and chili, but I like the plain fries best :) Even at half size, the portion is more than enough!!!!

Classic Deluxe Burger, Loaded with Vegetables

This is the classic double burger — recommended for anyone who thinks the double cheese sounds too greasy and wants more vegetables :) Lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, cheese, patty — every ingredient piled on generously!

The classic double burger has even more fillings, so we cut it in half and ate it with plastic gloves! Eating it that way meant nothing dripped out and we could enjoy it comfortably and deliciously. Bite after bite, you find yourself going 'mmm,,!!!' — a real Busan hand-patty burger favorite. I've moved away from Jeonpo-dong, but I can't forget this American-style burger flavor, so I still stop by every so often.

Great burgers aside, Dufftown is also a restaurant worth visiting for its hip-yet-tidy American vibe :) I recommend it as a weekend Jeonpo date spot, great for a daytime beer!
