Is it an easy stop after a meal near Seoul National University Entrance Station?

After eating near Seoul National University Entrance Station, I visited Pulse Line Coffee (펄스라인커피) for dessert and coffee. The two of us stopped by together and ordered one signature crumble pie and two iced Americanos.

The café is on the first floor at 13 Gwanak-ro 14na-gil. It felt easy to get to from Seoul National University Entrance Station, and it was also a nice place to stop while walking around after a meal.

The exterior gave a neat impression. Inside, the calm black-toned interior had accent details that gave the space its own character.

Is the atmosphere good for two people to sit and talk?

The interior was orderly overall, and the seating was not too tightly packed. It was a good place for two people to sit, talk, and spend time at an unhurried pace.

When I visited, it did not feel overly noisy or hectic, so we could take our time with the coffee and dessert. It suited my preference for a clean space over flashy decoration, and the atmosphere also worked well for having coffee on a date.

How did the crumble pie and Americano pair together?

We each had an iced Americano and shared the signature crumble pie. It was a fitting combination for having one dessert with coffee after a meal.

The iced Americano had a clear coffee aroma while tasting clean. For me, it was neither too bitter nor overwhelmingly strong, and drinking it after the sweet pie felt like it cleared my palate.

The signature crumble pie was the item I remembered most. It had a generous layer of crumble on top, so the first texture was crisp and sweet.

The inside was dense yet soft, contrasting with the crisp exterior. The nutty sweetness of the crumble and the smooth filling came together, letting us enjoy different textures in one bite.

The pie was sweet and quite rich in flavor. Alternating it with the clean Americano worked well, and the two of us finished sharing it quickly. While eating, we looked around the space, took photos, and talked comfortably.

How was the service, and what would I order again?

The staff were kind from the time we ordered. The menu included other coffees and signature drinks, as well as several desserts besides pie, so I would like to try something different next time.

What stood out most from this visit was the pie's texture and its pairing with coffee. I would order the crumble pie again, and it was an easy place for two people to sit after a meal, share dessert, and take a break.
