Seoul Station rooftop bar dinner: crab guts pasta at Seoul Boutique
In short
Seoul Boutique is a fusion Western dining bar on Manlijae-ro near Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul, spread over three floors. For a final dinner in Seoul, the writer ordered seafood crab guts pasta, squid ink risotto and gambas on the third-floor rooftop, and the savoury depth of the crab guts pasta was the most memorable dish. When the second floor fills up, the Seoul Boutique rooftop on the third floor is the most relaxed place to sit.

Where is Seoul Boutique, and what kind of restaurant is it?
Seoul Boutique is a fusion Western restaurant on Manripjae-ro near Seoul Station. I came here for one last dinner in Seoul before heading back to Ulsan! This time I want to introduce the tastiest place from my whole Seoul trip — Seoul Boutique, right by Seoul Station!
It was honestly so good. Since it's right near Seoul Station, I feel like this is a spot you'd naturally pass by whether you're arriving in Seoul from somewhere else or heading back home after your trip! A really good place to stop by at either moment haha.

What are the first and second floors of Seoul Boutique like?
Seoul Boutique has a different mood on every floor. The atmosphere is great from the start — this is the first floor, but the second floor is even prettier. You can look outside and it's lovely, but it was so packed I honestly couldn't take a single photo of it, sigh. Anyway! The interior overall felt amazing — it had the kind of interior you'd expect from a café famous for its ambience.

The menu has this much variety! Basically there's pizza, pasta, risotto, sides, plus all kinds of drinks and alcohol!

Beef tripe carbonara sounds delicious just from the name — I'm already looking forward to it. Seoul Boutique was the place I was most satisfied with on my whole Seoul trip, so I'm sure I'll come back and try it next time!
This is the interior looking toward the counter! Really clean and comfortable.

On the first floor there are actually 2 tables outside where you can eat! There were people actually sitting there — it looked so romantic haha.

Third-floor rooftop seating and QR ordering at Seoul Boutique
The 3rd-floor rooftop at Seoul Boutique was the best part for me. I went up to check it out — the atmosphere up there is great too, and honestly I think the third floor was my favorite. Since the place is so popular, the second floor gets packed and there's barely anywhere to sit.

There's no table-order tablet on the 3rd-floor rooftop, so you just scan the QR code to order. You can also get a free beer or drink through their review event!

How did the crab guts pasta, squid ink risotto and gambas taste?
What we ordered at Seoul Boutique was the seafood crab guts pasta, squid ink risotto, and gambas — three dishes total. The seafood crab guts pasta was seriously delicious. You know how good it is to mix rice into crab guts? This was about four times better than that haha. The umami was outstanding, and it was so good I thought you could honestly fly to Seoul just for this dish. I definitely have to come back next time I'm in Seoul.

Second was the squid ink risotto! Totally nutty and delicious, another standout dish haha.

Gambas! Really delicious, and this place really knows what it's doing — I'd say you're a fool if you leave without trying the gambas here. The oil isn't greasy at all, it's more of a spicy oil broth. Here's a tip: take the warm bread, baked crispy, and dip it deep into the oil! It's going to be so, so good haha.

A photo of everything laid out together — looks amazing, right, haha.

You absolutely must try the crab guts pasta!
This is the gambas~ If I had to pick the best spot from my whole Seoul food tour, it would hands down be Seoul Boutique.

Is Seoul Boutique a good spot for an anniversary date?
From the Seoul Boutique rooftop you can also take in the view outside. There's greenery to look at, and some big buildings too, so it's fun just to sit and look around. It was cool and pleasant up there too!

Seoul Boutique feels like it would be a great spot for a date on an anniversary! Isn't this second floor gorgeous?

The exterior of the store is really striking and pretty too, so even from a distance you can tell — ah, that's Seoul Boutique, the place everyone's talking about.
