Charcoal + beef = ❤️ Personally I prefer grilling over charcoal, but I've burned meat plenty of times because heat control is tricky.
But!!! Ubookgeum Saenggalbi has a grilling service, so you just get to eat comfortably. The staff grill it for you with real care.
Beef with a full, rich charcoal aroma
They even carefully deboned (?) the meat around the bone, and the springy, slightly chewy texture was really appealing.
The meat wasn't tough at all — it was tender.
