Euljiro 4-ga dessert café with blueberry tart to go: Cafe Sinabro

Another dessert spot I found in Euljiro! I really love tarts, so when I discovered Cafe Sinabro in Euljiro selling all kinds of them, my eyes lit up haha.

From egg tarts to blueberry, fig pecan, and peach tiramisu — the lineup was so varied that it's worth remembering if you're looking for a tart spot to check out in Euljiro.

Where is Cafe Sinabro, Euljiro Twin Tower Branch, and how do you get there?

Cafe Sinabro in Euljiro is on the basement 1st floor of Euljiro Twin Tower. If you come by subway, take Exit 10 of Euljiro 4-ga Station, which connects directly into Euljiro Twin Tower.

Since it's directly connected to the station, it's pretty accessible, so it seemed like a good stop for anyone looking for a good restaurant or café near Euljiro 4-ga.

Maybe because the coffee prices are quite reasonable too, a lot of nearby office workers were prepaying and picking up group tart orders or takeout coffee. Opening as early as 7am is another plus, making it a good option for grabbing coffee on the way to work or picking up dessert during lunch. It felt like the neighborhood mill for Euljiro office workers, haha.

A Euljiro roastery café that takes its coffee beans seriously

True to being a Euljiro roasting café, Sinabro even lists today's bean variety and processing method. It's clearly not just a place selling coffee and dessert — you can feel how serious they are about the beans.

Besides coffee, there were plenty of non-coffee options like milk tea and matcha, plus jujube ssanghwa tea, hutgae tea, and ginger tea, so it looked like a good place to visit no matter your age. I went with the iced Americano, the most classic pairing with a tart.

Tart lineup and prices at Cafe Sinabro, and why 2–4pm is the best time to visit

With so many kinds of tarts, just deciding what to eat was fun in itself.

Personally I'm not a fan of tarts with overly thick crust, but Sinabro's tarts had a not-too-thick crust and were packed full inside, which I liked. You can tell from the look alone how solid the filling is, right? Haha.

While I was picking my menu, another customer who walked in right after me said,

You have to get the egg tart. And after that, the blueberry.

😂 I was just about to choose two anyway, so I trusted the regular's recommendation and picked the egg tart and blueberry tart.

Cutting it in half with a knife, the soft egg filling was packed full inside. One bite gives you that subtle, characteristic egg sweetness, and it's smooth like pudding, melting in your mouth. The crust wasn't too thick, so it contrasted nicely with the soft filling. It was easier to cut in half with a knife and pick up by hand than to use a fork, haha. A sip of Americano cleans up the sweetness neatly — the kind of flavor that keeps your hand reaching back for more!

And the blueberry tart, which I was most excited to find!

The blueberries on top were big, and they weren't sour at all — fresh and sweet instead. The brightness of the fruit blended really well with the soft filling.

They also take orders for gifts and group orders — for 100 or fewer, order the day before, and for more, order up to two days ahead. They also give an extra 10% in points if you prepay, which seemed handy for nearby office workers who pay in advance and use it later.

🅿️ Free parking is available for up to 1 hour too, which seemed convenient for anyone wanting to pick up tarts to go. Next time I'd like to try the fig pecan tart and the peach tiramisu.

With coffee, a wide range of non-coffee drinks, and tarts all in one place, this was a great Euljiro dessert spot to stop by whenever you're craving something sweet. It's especially accessible and easy for takeout, so it should suit anyone looking for a café recommendation in Euljiro. With early opening hours and free parking on top of that, I think I'll be back the next time I'm craving a tart in Euljiro.
