Where is MIMI Coffee Mill in Dangjin, and what are its hours?

Dangjin café MIMI Coffee Mill is located at 1064 Nambu-ro, Sunseong-myeon, Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and it's open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (Sunday until 20:00), with last order at 20:00 (19:00 on Sundays). It's about 15 minutes by car from Sapgyo Lake, so the location seemed pretty good for a stop during a Taean or Dangjin trip. It's also about 10 minutes from Dangjin IC!

There was a big private parking lot right in front of the shop, so parking wasn't a worry at all. I parked freely and headed into the store~!

Inside the converted warehouse: a conveyor-belt-style counter

Here's the inside of MIMI Coffee Mill~! It was bigger and cleaner than I expected. It was cool inside too, so it seemed like a nice place to stop and rest while passing through.

They said it was made by renovating an old warehouse, and the counter really looked like a conveyor belt hahahaha. I love this kind of interior~!

There are really so many signature items, right? The most curious one to me was the misutgaru cream latte, haha.

For desserts, there were plenty of delicious-looking options like butter bars, soboro (crumble bread), ciabatta, cinnamon bread, chapssalwandu, and mocha buns. There were also lots of simple desserts like macarons, dalgona, sandwiches, castella, cookies, and kurungji (rice crackers).

Mimi cream latte (misutgaru roasted-grain cream coffee), 6,000 won

The coffee had a misutgaru flavor that anyone would like, topped with soft whipped cream, and the combination was so good.

Apparently the topping on the mimi cream latte changes between summer and winter?! In winter it comes with rice puff topping, and in summer it comes with black sesame topping. The nutty, smooth misutgaru latte with black sesame on top had a great aroma and tasted delicious, haha.

Vanilla bean latte, 5,500 won

The beans weren't bitter and had a nutty flavor, which went really well with the sweet vanilla latte. It wasn't too sweet so there was no heavy aftertaste — cool and delicious.

Chapssalwandu (rice cake with green bean paste), 5,200 won

I was torn between soboro and cinnamon bread but picked the chapssalwandu, and personally the green bean paste was so good, haha. It also looked really generous in size.

The paste was evenly packed inside too, so it was filling and had a wonderfully sweet taste. It seems like a dessert that pairs really well with coffee!
