Pine Terrace in Wondang, Goyang: space and parking

I visited Pine Terrace (파인테라스), a large bakery café in Wondang, Goyang. Its spacious first and second floors have full-height windows, making it a lovely place to relax while looking out at the scenery. There was a wide variety of bread and drinks, and there were even animals such as chickens and rabbits behind the café, so it looked like a nice place to visit with children too.

There is a large parking lot in front of the café, and parking is free. There seemed to be plenty of spaces, so it was convenient to visit by car. The spacious building and its wall-to-wall windows gave it an airy feel from the outside. Looking out over the surrounding scenery, it felt open and relaxing rather than cramped.

The café has a first and second floor. The first floor was busy when I visited, so I was not able to take separate photos there, but both floors had plenty of seating.

As you would expect from a Goyang bakery café, there was a wide variety of bread. They say they use Korean flour, make breads that undergo long natural fermentation, and do not use chemical additives.

Chestnut manju

The chestnut manju, a soft little cake filled with chestnut paste, was pleasantly sweet and soft. The paste was not overly sweet, making it a good dessert with coffee.

Ham egg sandwich and Americano

The sandwich was generously filled with ham, cheese, and various vegetables, and it looked as appetizing as it was. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the combination made for a satisfying meal. The Americano also paired well with the bakery items.

I also filmed the displayed breads and the items we ordered at Pine Terrace, the Goyang bakery café.
