There are so many times on weekdays or weekends when you just want to fill up on a delicious, hearty burger meal without feeling awkward about eating alone, right? Haha.

BAS Burger Seonyudo, near Seonyudo Station, has plenty of comfortable seats for solo diners as well as spacious large tables that are great for groups. It really is perfect for everyone from people eating alone to get-togethers, haha.

Potato chips and refill services to enjoy when dining in

And when I think of BAS Burger, its unbelievably generous services are the first thing that comes to mind!! Dining in means unlimited crispy potato chips as standard, seven free sauces to choose from, cold soda refills, and even free craft-beer tastings 🤍 If you join the receipt-review event, they even give you a side dish—such incredible value, seriously haha.

Ordering the wasabi mayo shrimp burger set

Looking over the menu, I saw all kinds of trendy new sides, including Smoky Bacon Grills, Mochi Cheese Bar, Crunchy Boneless Chicken, and Mochi Cheese Bites. Haha.

There was also such a wide selection of burgers, from the classic BAS Burger and Double BAS Burger to chicken burgers, Mochi Chicken Burgers, Crunchy Chicken Burgers, spicy Sriracha Cheese Burgers, and Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burgers. Haha.

After much deliberation, what I ordered that day was!! the Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger Set (₩14,800) 🤍

While the burger was being made, I headed straight for the potato-chip bar on one side of the restaurant, haha.

These potato chips, which dine-in guests can take as much as they like, are such a special treat!! They must have been freshly fried because they were crisp and nutty without a hint of sogginess. They were dangerously addictive—I kept reaching for more even before my burger arrived 🤍

I also loved that the sauce station had BAS Burger house sauce, pollock roe mayo, BBQ, ranch, mustard, and more, all free to enjoy. Haha. If you want something a little more unusual, you can add Shishito Pepper Red Mayo Dip (₩1,000) or Deep Truffle Mayo Dip (₩1,500), so keep that in mind if you're visiting. Haha.

A generous bite packed with whole shrimp and onion rings

As I snacked on the chips, the Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger Set came out in no time. Haha.

The moment I picked up the tray, I couldn't help marveling at the impressive look and quality of the thick handmade burger, haha. It was so generously filled that the ingredients were spilling out from between the buns! One huge bite brought a wonderful mix of textures and savory flavor!!

The burger was generously packed with plump whole shrimp infused with a smoky grilled flavor, and the popping bite in every chew was amazing!! It also had a whole crispy, nutty onion ring inside, so the contrast between crisp outside and springy inside was absolutely perfect, haha. The sauce combination was especially unreal! The sharp wasabi sauce, teriyaki sauce, and whole-grain mayo blended smoothly and cut through any richness 🤍

Fresh vegetables—crisp butterhead lettuce, onion, and tangy tomato—supported it all so generously that it never became tiring through the last bite. It was a truly delicious handmade burger bursting with umami 👍
