Mibundang Dongtan Station Branch, a Vietnamese pho restaurant, does have waits — I arrived 10 minutes past opening time and even on a weekday the inside was already full, with about 3 parties waiting outside after ordering at the kiosk. While waiting, you can have a cup of hodgepodge tea and use the parasols provided. There are benches in front of and beside the restaurant to sit and wait, and a staff member comes out to call numbers in order for you to enter.
