Where Need Gym Eungam Station is and when it opens
📍 Address 1 Yeonseo-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, South Korea, B1 Leaders Park 🕰️ Hours Mon - Fri 06:00 - 24:00 Sat - Sun 09:00 - 21:00 Groups, reservations, parking available

Need Gym is right by the station, within 10 seconds on foot from Exit 2 of Eunpyeong-gu Office Station haha, so it's super accessible — you can come straight after work! Whether it's your first visit or you're just coming to work out, head straight to the info desk. Verify your membership with a face scan at the desk and you're ready to start your workout for the day!

Parking is also available in the building, so just register your parking at the info desk when you leave haha. They say Need Gym keeps the indoor temperature at 23 degrees, humidity at 40-60%, and runs a 24-hour air purification system, so it's a great environment to work out in.

First visit: consultation card and free InBody scan
When you first visit Need Gym Eunpyeong-gu Office Station, there's a consultation zone where you can get set up like this!

Since it was my first visit, I filled out a member consultation card like this! There's also a free InBody scanner right next to it, so you can measure your body composition anytime, comfortably haha.

How lockers, workout clothes and towels work at Need Gym
Need Gym Eunpyeong-gu Office Station really has a lot of lockers! There are paid lockers and free lockers. Paid lockers are ones where you pay a monthly fee and can keep your gear stored continuously, while free lockers are the kind where you visit for the day, work out, and take your things back with you.

There's also a wide variety of workout clothes in different sizes, so it seemed like it would work well for everyone, young and old! Plus you get to use two towels each, which was great both during and after the workout!

Separate men's and women's shower rooms
If you go further inside, there are shower rooms separated by gender like this! You can change clothes and shower too :) The shower area is private, and shampoo and body wash are provided too, so keep that in mind haha.

Stretching zone and the half-body bath sauna relax zone
Next up is the space with the stretching zone and relax zone! The stretching zone is a space with individual mirrors where you can stretch on your own in your own little spot! There are foam rollers and a variety of stretching equipment, so it was comfortable to use haha. The relax zone is a space with a sauna! It was surprising to find a half-body bath sauna at a gym haha. There are instructions posted for how to use it, so trying it before or after your workout should be really healing ◡̈

What machines are in the strength zone?
Here's the strength zone! There really were so many machines — Gym80, Hammer Strength, Bootybuilder, Life Fitness, Cybex, and other various state-of-the-art equipment, so you can work out more effectively and enjoyably haha.

Cardio zone and the treadmill screens
The cardio zone had a variety of cardio machines! From the classic treadmills to stair climbers, there were a lot of machines and they were nicely varied haha. Plus the treadmills have screens, so instead of working out feeling bored, you can watch TV while you exercise — that felt like a big plus! Gotta make working out fun too~~

Between the strength zone and the cardio zone there are two water dispensers like this, so it's nice to take a quick break when you're worn out from working out!
