Cheonan hot pot restaurant with unlimited sujebi refills: Omi Omi

Today I want to introduce a dumpling hot pot restaurant in Cheonan — Omi Omi Handmade Dumpling Hot Pot & Kudzu Naengmyeon Sono Bell Main Branch!! The fact that Omi Omi makes their dumplings by hand got me even more excited haha

Where is Omi Omi Sono Bell Main Branch, and when is it open?

Omi Omi Handmade Dumpling Hot Pot & Kudzu Naengmyeon Sono Bell Main Branch 📍 Location: 10 Dongpyeong 3-gil, Bukmyeon, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea 🅿️ Parking: private parking lot available ⏰ Hours: daily 11:00–21:00 (break time 15:00–16:30) (last order 20:00)

First, the basic side dishes were napa cabbage kimchi, white kimchi, pickled radish, pickled peppers, and corn salad. You could freely refill them at the self-bar too!

Is Omi Omi good for group gatherings or dining with a baby?

Omi Omi Sono Bell Main Branch has plenty of tables, enough for group gatherings. It seemed like a great spot for a Mokcheon family get-together or a stop after visiting Independence Hall haha

They also had baby chairs ready, so people with babies could dine comfortably too!

Handmade dumpling hot pot for two, 15,000 won, with steamed dumplings and cold noodles

We ordered the handmade dumpling hot pot (₩15,000) for two, spicy style. Apparently when you order the dumpling hot pot, they give you steamed dumplings and dessert cold noodles too!!!!

If you write a Naver receipt review, they give you a plate of king dumplings or 2 drinks as a service — so it's basically a must haha This is my first time seeing a place give this much extra service haha

Unlimited sujebi and ramen refills at the Omi Omi self-bar

At the Omi Omi self-bar, you could get unlimited refills of ramen noodles, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and side dishes, all of them!!!! Sujebi lovers, this is so touching . . . 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Finally the dumpling hot pot arrived haha it's so full — how is this for two people?!?! Inside there was cabbage, bok choy, water dropwort, mushrooms, shrimp, glass noodles, dumplings, bean sprouts, beef, and so much more haha

While the hot pot was cooking, I tried the steamed dumplings first — the wrapper was really delicious and the filling was so full, I was so happy eating it, huhu. Guess that's what happens when it's a dedicated dumpling restaurant haha The meat dumplings and kimchi dumplings were both so good!!! Omi Omi's dumplings can apparently be delivered too

How spicy is the eolkeun broth?

Omi Omi's dumpling hot pot broth was really clean but spicy, and so so good .. honestly it made me think of soju haha (I had driven so I couldn't drink, that was a shame)

You could add as much sujebi as you wanted to your taste, and that was so nice!!!!! You have to eat the sujebi, no question haha Actually I wanted to try the ramen noodles too but I was too full to eat them, which was such a shame ㅠㅠㅠㅠ That's how generous the portions really were!!!!!

Cold buckwheat noodles for dessert: worth it even when you're full

At the end they said they'd give us cold noodle soup, and since I was full I thought about skipping it, worried it would go to waste. But the owner told me it was delicious and I should definitely eat it, so I did — the portion was just enough for about three satisfying bites, and it was honestly the best cold noodle soup I've ever had in my life .. it had that fine ice slush floating in it, and eating it felt like it was curing my hangover from the inside haha it was genuinely a moving flavor ㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ🤍🤍🤍 I highly recommend making sure you eat the dessert cold noodles before you leave!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Omi Omi in Cheonan worth a visit?

If you're looking for a restaurant near Cheonan Independence Hall, a Cheonan Mokcheon restaurant, or a Cheonan hot pot restaurant, I highly recommend Omi Omi Handmade Dumpling Hot Pot & Kudzu Naengmyeon Sono Bell Main Branch, a place that's truly serious about dumplings and cold noodles!!!!!!! Next time I want to come back just for the dumplings and cold noodles🤍👍🔥
