This is my favorite café in Sinbu-dong... great for a solo café day, great for a date too, and just a fantastic spot for baked pastries!!! It's Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong ~~

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is located at 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and it's open daily from 12:00 to 21:00.

There's also an outdoor terrace, and the vibe out there is genuinely great.... but it was raining this day, so sadly I went inside the store instead of the terrace!!

The reason I love Brewers Coffee is because the inside is just so pretty ㅜㅜ The atmosphere is great and the interior is pretty spacious too, so whenever I come to Sinbu-dong, this is always the first place I look for!!

It's a café that comes to mind often because you can drink coffee and eat delicious dessert in such a pretty space haha. This time I ordered an Americano along with a financier and a canelé! (Yes, I went alone.) I always end up wrapping up one or two extra to share with friends whenever I come here, and my friends always rave about how delicious they are....

The drinks menu!! There are signature menu items, and you can customize a lot — swap the coffee beans, switch to oat milk, and more. Honestly, I've only ever had the iced Americano here haha. I did steal a sip of my friend's signature drink once, and it was so good?

Since I went late in the afternoon, a lot of the dessert options had already sold out, but my favorites were still there.

First, the Americano was clean and easy to drink, which made it great to pair with dessert. It wasn't heavy or overwhelming at all, so I could really enjoy the pure flavor of the coffee, and taking a sip after a bite of something sweet cleared my palate perfectly!!!! The coffee-and-pastry combo really never fails ,, I think desserts genuinely taste better with an Americano alongside.

The financier has that appealing texture where the outside is slightly crisp and the inside is moist and chewy, right ㅠㅠ The first bite had that distinct nutty butter flavor, and it wasn't overly sweet, so it paired perfectly with the coffee.

Feeling both the slightly crisp outside and the soft, moist inside together made it even more delicious! The financier's signature nutty flavor went so well with the Americano that I kept alternating — a sip of coffee, then a bite of financier ㅋㅋㅋ You know how it is with these baked treats, you mean to have just one but somehow your hand keeps reaching back ,, 🥹

Ended up pulling out one more, sigh

And the canelé too ... so in the end I ate more and had to buy a separate one for my friend's gift ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The canelé here is seriously legendary — crispy outside, chewy inside .... I really hope everyone gets to try it ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Above all, the biggest reason I love Brewers Coffee is how pretty the interior is ㅜㅜ The atmosphere is great and the space is fairly spacious, so it's good for chatting with friends and also great for spending time alone over a leisurely cup of coffee. Whenever I'm in Sinbu-dong, this is the first place I think of, and while the coffee and dessert are delicious, being able to spend time in such a pretty space is really what makes it special!!
