Why we came back to Ciment for a wedding invitation gathering

Ciment Chungnam National University Branch is a pasta and risotto restaurant on the alley in front of Chungnam National University in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, and this time I came for a meetup to hand out wedding invitations. Hi everyone, it's Chocho! haha My wedding is now just 4 months away, and I've started setting up invitation meetups one by one~

I gave out my first invitation on Saturday! Trying to decide where to hold the meetup, I remembered how great my visit to Ciment Chungnam National University Branch was five years ago — the mood was so nice — so I went back there for the invitation gathering and had a delicious meal~~ Let me introduce this Gung-dong pasta spot, this Gung-dong Western restaurant, Ciment!!

I'd been here five years ago, and I was so happy to see it still in the same spot!! So many restaurants close down these days, right!? But this place has held its ground! I think that's proof it's a real local favorite!!

Ciment Chungnam National University Branch: parking and opening hours

Ciment Chungnam National University Branch has one parking spot at the entrance behind the store. You can also park in the white-line zones in the Gung-dong alley, but since it's a university area, finding a spot can be really chaotic! Avoid yellow-line no-parking zones and sections with enforcement cameras!

Hours are weekdays 10:40-21:40, last order 21:00, and Saturday-Sunday 11:00-21:40, last order 21:00.

This is a Gung-dong pasta and risotto favorite that opened in 2018 with the mission of feeding Chungnam National University students!! It started as a direct-run branch of Ciment Hannam University and later opened this Chungnam National University location too — a real Gung-dong Western food favorite~

The bacon and cheese blend with the cream so well, it was seriously delicious!? haha Not heavy at all!! It was so smooth I enjoyed it even more~~~

You twirl the pasta up and eat it!! And the salchisal you pick up with a fork is really so tender~?? haha The cheese sprinkled on top is so nutty too!! haha
