Now that I'm heading into my late twenties, my face has started to feel heavier and saggier lately... is it just me? Once inside, they guide you straight to the shoe cabinet so you can change into slippers, and hand you a simple sheet where you can write down your current concerns. I had concerns about overall puffiness on the sides of my face, a double chin, and a protruding trapezius area, and after considering all of this together, the director recommended a head and neck treatment.

The head and neck program relaxes overall upper-body tension starting from the scalp, and helps with waste drainage and circulation — a treatment that could tackle the swelling and puffiness clinging to my neck and jaw, easing overall tension while offering a lifting effect too!

Before the treatment properly begins, they guide you to a changing room where you can change clothes — disposable tube tops, hair styling products, and even a mirror were all prepared, so it seemed great for freshening up after the treatment too!

After changing into a gown, they guide you to the treatment room. What I really loved was that they carefully asked about the bed temperature! It was so warm I nearly dozed off haha.

They start with double cleansing, which means there's no issue coming straight after work! When I asked the director, she said plenty of Gwanghwamun office workers come in on weekday evenings.

The head and neck treatment starts with holding a device connected to the main machine in your hand. You can actually feel the current flowing through it!

They start with a cooling head treatment first, and it's genuinely on another level compared to anything done by hand!! They sweep the device across the whole scalp, and it's cooler and more refreshing than most gwasha tools — perfect for modern people whose heads always feel heavy. My stress just melted away!

Next they move on to the face, neck, and shoulders, applying a thick layer of gel as they work. I didn't feel any pain or stinging at all, so they actually went in with more intensity — and still nothing hurt! The director even said I was taking it really well haha.

As air comes out, an ampoule is released along with it, and a red laser smoothly dissolves sagging fat layers while helping drain waste! At this point, electroporation creates channels that reach the dermis without irritating the epidermis, allowing the ampoule to penetrate rapidly for an elasticity-boosting effect!

They kept working on the tension in my neck and shoulders, and it genuinely felt amazing... The area around the underarm fat pad also tends to build up waste, so they took care of that too, and it felt so good! My body tends to be firm, and since I do office work staring at a computer every day, my shoulders and neck are always stiff and I have every bad sign of rounded shoulders — but after the treatment, I could really feel my skin had loosened and softened!!

You could clearly see my jawline had come back to life! The puffiness had smoothed out, and can you see how the trapezius area is less prominent too?
