My face had been looking a bit puffy lately, so I finally went in for a treatment after a while. I hadn't suddenly gained weight, but in photos my face looked wider than before, and especially my cheeks and jawline felt duller and less defined than they used to be. When you walk in, you leave your shoes in the shoe cabinet and change into slippers, then go straight into the consultation!

The interior was nicely decorated, clean, and had a relaxed atmosphere!

What I heard during the consultation — inner dryness and facial balance

Once I sat down, they gave me a bottle of water and went through a questionnaire while doing the consultation! It turned out my skin was even more dehydrated than I'd thought, and they explained that because my skin was dry, my texture wasn't smooth and my pores could look more noticeable too.

And the part I was most self-conscious about was, of course, my face line! Especially the way my cheeks and jaw area looked rounded and spread out — but they said that instead of just pressing hard to make the face look smaller, it's important to work with the overall balance of the face.

Also, my midface had been a bit sunken, and that area felt like it had filled back out — like volume had been restored, without any pain.
