Today I went back to Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch, a place I visited often right after I moved to Suyeong!

My first visit was already two years ago now — my boyfriend picked it (his home turf) before I even moved to Suyeong, and I ended up going all the time for a while... I remember once I was gnawing on bones and looked up to see my boyfriend's dad, and panicked X93726169 saying hello 🥲

Exterior of Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch in Busan

Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong used to be right where you'd turn after walking straight from Exit 5 of Suyeong Station, but it turns out they moved next to Toku Toku! The exterior is red and easy to spot, so it's still not hard to find~

Visit time: 20:00

Since they moved not long ago, the interior is still clean, the tables are spacious, and there's even a high chair, so it seems like a good spot for families too.

It's even been on MBC.

Menu board at Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch

Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch has a wide range of set menus and à la carte side dishes. Every set menu order comes with free Bushman bread, so if you're coming with two or more people, I'd recommend going for a set menu!
The bone grill lets you adjust the spice level. Salt-grilled, soy sauce flavor — for those who dislike or can't eat spicy food / Mild-spicy — for those who want a moderate kick / Spicy — for those who say they can handle spicy food / Nuclear-spicy — for those who genuinely love really spicy food (small size, +₩2,000). Most people seem to order mild-spicy...!

Which events are running at Paldo Ppyeogui right now?

If you take part in the Naver review event or the receipt event, you get to choose one of Bushman bread, steamed egg, or self-serve ramen. The draft beer event is exactly what it says — draft beer 2+1. Both events are currently running, so worth keeping in mind~
Side dishes and how to eat the free Bushman bread

These are the basic side dishes. You get sandwich-style fillings to eat with the Bushman bread, plus white kimchi, pickled radish, and steamed egg as standard!

You can spread the accompanying cream on it,

or pile on vegetables too 👍 Once the bone grill arrives, it's also great to load the meat on like a burger.

Rice ball set (small), mild-spicy: five bones on the stone plate
The menu says the pasta set is their best-seller, but whenever we come we always order the rice ball set!

The bones are hefty and the spice level is exactly the right kind of tasty-spicy. The small size comes with about five bones, and eating them with the rice balls really fills you up... Unlike before, they now come out on a stone plate, which is great because you can reheat it if it cools down! I bet fried rice on this would be amazing too.
The meat pulls off the bone easily and tenderly — if you want bone grill in Suyeong, just come here... it's a Suyeong must-eat.

The white kimchi is cool and crunchy, and it pairs so well with the bone grill — I refilled the white kimchi two or three times as a matter of course 🥹

You've got to tear the bone grill apart with your hands, that's the whole point. The owner is so kind that even before the move, since I went so often, they remembered exactly what I always ordered... It's really tasty with draft beer too, so if you want a casual, refreshing drink alongside great food, I recommend Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch 👍
