The weather's been so lovely lately and I kept craving good Italian food, so I went to Bueokgan Suwan Branch, famous as a pasta spot in the Suwan district 🙌 Every dish was made with such care and the classy atmosphere completely won me over 😍

The truffle mushroom cream gnocchi (뇨끼, potato dumplings) was a first-round hit the moment it hit the table with its subtle, deep truffle aroma!
Taking a bite, the gnocchi dough was crispy golden on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside, blending perfectly with the rich cream sauce 🤤
The mushroom flavor was deeply infused into the sauce, so I scraped up every last bit of cream with my spoon 👍🔥
Jambon pizza, 24,000 won — dipping the crust in honey
The jambon pizza is topped generously with savory, lightly smoky jambon (cured ham)!
On top of the chewy dough, the combination of fresh cheese and jambon wasn't overly greasy — it was clean and light, so it kept going down endlessly 🍕✨ I also added hot sauce, and yeah, that was the best..!!
If you ask, they'll give you honey — and dipping the crust edge lightly in honey was seriously the perfect combo 💖
