Hongdae dessert café with two tables left at 4pm: Think Fruit

I heard there's a soufflé spot in Hongdae that uses seasonal fruit, so I went on a little date with my mom. It's Think Fruit, famous as one of Hongdae's best dessert cafés!

We arrived after wandering through pretty alleys from Exit 8 of Hongik University Station. It kept coming up at the top when I searched for the best soufflé cafés in Seoul, so I went in with high expectations~~

There's a sign for today's peach soufflé pancake out front. Even just from the photo, I already want that fluffy, soft soufflé with sweet peach 😁

Besides peach, there's fig too. Honestly, I spent about 5 minutes agonizing over which one to get, haha

Even though we came at 4pm on a weekday, there were only about 2 tables left.

There are also seats by the window where you can sit and chat while looking outside.

There are a lot of couples here on dates, and true to its reputation as a popular dessert café, plenty of women too.

Honest review: Think Fruit's peach soufflé

After about 5 minutes of waiting, today's dish, the peach soufflé, arrived~~~

The set comes with three soufflé slices, a huge amount of cream, Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream, and white peach and yellow peach.

Think Fruit's soufflé feels much lighter and softer than a regular pancake. The combo of sweet peach + light soufflé + soft whipped cream + ice cream is like eating a perfect three-way pairing all at once?? 🥰

Ordering coffee alongside made it taste even better. It was great to enjoy summer's seasonal peaches in an even more delicious way.
